Good Interview! What is missing is impact of the release of 1500 government flats on the rental market as many future owners rent at the moment. With many businesses doing redundancies while there are very few new companies. There is a saturation in high end market with some advertising for more than a year so not sure as many high-level C-executives as claimed are coming in to live in Gibraltar. If Spain removes Gibraltar from tax heaven list, it will mean first 60k euro earned in Gibraltar is tax free in Spain which is bigger threat to property market than lack of treaty as will mean people re-locating to Spain as the place is becoming really overcrowded with relatively little to offer to the wealthy.

And don't forget those buyers who like poorly laid pavements covered in dogs mess and rubbish. Crude beach promenades without palm trees and a Botanic garden full of weeds.
