With so many people remote working, the downtown recovery will be toughest. The businesses and restaurants that used to serve office workers that came into work often, are the ones that are suffering.

Reduce/cut services. "Rideship" only counts if riders pay. If not, they essentially said, we don't need Muni. I would refuce the cable car services then add more for tourists. Don't need full operations year around, especially in the winter.
Way fewer bus lines running than pre pandemic levels. Lower the price of monthly passes and maybe it'll be worth taking the bus as a 2nd option for non commuters
