I am currently 16 and have just gotten my third concussion from MMA, I try and space out the times I spar and take hard hits, but none of them have been that bad, like no vomiting or fainting, do you feel I should take a break from doing MMA sparing and taking shots, or will there be no long term effects on my adolescent brain. I perform well in school and have never really struggled, but do you feel that I will have long-term effects from this if I continue sparing?
Thank you for reaching out but it is hard to say Dylan. Have you been thoroughly evaluated for your concussions from a medical professional? How did you do decide when you were going back to practice after each of your concussion?

@ Only 1 concusion got diagnosed the rest I just walked off, but I waited around 2-3 weeks until I slowly got back into working out and doing MMA.
