I only hope that you are not denying how extremely talented of an artist you are. I could stare at any of your paintings for hours. You are a gift to the world with your amazing, beautiful, masterpieces.
It’s been awesome to follow your progression. When I first started watching you, you were mainly just working with acrylics. And although your art was already incredible, you’ve been blowing my mind as you keep getting better and better. Master status unlocked.
Chuck, this was SO RELAXING to watch! 💖 In a world filled with constant chatter, I think videos like this are much needed! Thank you for sharing the amazing gift that God has given you! Beautiful painting!! ❤
This was fascinating to me. I am not a professional, and I work in watercolor mainly, but, when I work, it is from the lightest value, building to the darkest. You have done the opposite. I have never seen anyone do this, yet, I have never worked in oil. Not only was this video interesting for me to watch a new way of painting, but, it was also meditative. The way you paint is mesmerizing and very calming.
Wow... Chuck, this is incredible! You're a constant inspiration to me as I try to paint wildlife as realistically as possible. thank you so much for this!
Chuck, without a doubt you are a great inspiration to me, I still remember when I watched your videos in 2018, I was 18 years old at the time and I longed to learn how to paint, currently I started a channel and I'm an artist too, a while ago you answered my questions comments about studio lighting and I was very happy, I always follow you and your journey, it's a very inviting path, I say this because I'm also passionate about nature and animals, and I don't see many artists like that, with a strong connection with nature vida vida, thank you for starting this channel years ago, you certainly changed my artistic life, and today I have a goal, and it helped me a lot with anxiety! best for you :)
I’ve been watching you for years, since acrylic days. You just keep getting better! You were my inspiration to dabble in oils, now it’s my passion…thank you!
I rather love painting large more than I do small, but I’m getting so intrigued by your smaller paintings, and how well you execute them. Oh and btw, your new studio really gives off good vibes! ❤❤
You do beautiful work my man as usual. I always enjoy watching you paint animals and wildlife and scenes. I paint but, I do not paint with oils yets, a lot of artist say it is easier to paint with then acrylic. I paint with acrylics and I air brushes a little. Another master piece, well done.
Wow 🤗 What an inspiration to watch you paint wildlife! Your focus on details & the learnings you make on each small art project, prepares the groundwork for your larger creative art projects … are all indeed valuable tips for your art viewers. Your wildlife painting is truly inspiring. Looking forward to viewing more creative wildlife artworks from you. 👍👏😉🙏❤
I honestly haven't watched your vids in a while, and I am extremely impressed with your improvement as an artist since I last seen you paint. You seem way more confident and relaxed and are obviously enjoying yourself. You should be very proud of yourself. Congrats. Beautiful painting by the way. You are very gifted. Cheers mate.
You always get me pumped up on my painting. It blew my mind when I seen your subject on this video. I’ve been working on a piece very similar. Very stroke counts for you. I’d love to get that better achieved. Thank you for posting!
Go, Chuck, go!!! You’re the man. So grounded, I’ve been taking more nature walks for inspiration lately hoping to continue the peace while I’m working in studio. Definitely got that from watching you. Thanks for sharing as always 😊
honestly - the first portion of this video was so helpful to me as a newcomer to working with oil paints. i know this video wasn't expressly intended for that, but i learned more from that beautifully filmed 2 minute intro as far as how to start a painting than nearly all the more in-depth tutorials i've scoured over these past few weeks. (i've worked with watercolor and gouache nearly all my life, and i feel like oils can be so easy to over-complicate.) thank you for inviting us into your studio and sharing your thoughts with us! you have some really incredible paintings and i'm looking forward to seeing more of them ✌
Lovely painting. And an interesting choice to keep only the animal itself mostly detailed. Looks like the new work space is working well for you. It certainly looks nice.
Прекрасное владение техникой безупречное знание своей палитрой не большие но красивые форматы прямо всё от души и для души.Браво МАЭСТРО! БЕЛИСИМО!МОЛОДЕЦ!👏👏👏👍🤟🇷🇺🤟
I use Princeton brushes a lot too. They're super versatile! Have you ever tried Rosemary&Co brushes. Ya, not only real good because of their name either ;) My husband bought me a small set that were specially designed for doing hair/fur. They're great! The other brush I use a lot for scruffy hair and grasses, is....I take a cheap bristle brush from the hardware store, and cut straight INTO it, from the end of the bristles towards the ferrule, randomly, and it makes a great rough brush for that kind of thing. Anyway, just for fun tidbits of info :) Love the buffalo! I also love how you explain the how's and why's of your process.
My first time subscribing and your work in process is amazing, you make the refining part so great!!! Music in a calm state makes the whole video worth catching upon!!! Nice one!!!❤❤
Wow! This is amazing 😍 I love your work, you are really talented and clearly hardworking. I wish I could paint this well. Thanks for always posting such inspiring content 😊
I love this guy! So great. I really want to try to get into animals at some point this year. I am thinking of starting with my dog Lucy. She's a springer spaniel and she is the sweetest little punkin. I think it would be great if I could capture her pretty face as well as her personality. Wish me luck!
Very enjoyable. I dare say this painting wouldn't be near as beautiful if it was done in acrylic. Oil paint has that special luminosity. The only other medium in my opinion that rivals oil is soft pastel.
🎉 Hi Chuck... Wow I love how you capture every bit of God's creatures 🤩 you are the Best in your league Chuck thank you brother for sharing your Amazing work God Bless You!❤
Chuck, son old grandpa has a answer to your unanswered question. The reason why God made painters like you musicians like John Denver, photographers, singers, is for the same reason. We need all of you in our life. Did you know that every mountain you climb, stream you ford, photo you take; you are showing us all this is our land, our home. Singers, writers, photojournalists all teach us that we're here now. We ignore them, insult them, condemn them but we watch them still. You teach us that God cares. This is your land you paint. Sometime listen to Celtic Thunder sing "My Land". Believe it.
Hey Chuck, can you please do audio narrating when you do your videos I like to work and listen you can’t always read you probably get more views to thank you

Transparent paint is light to dark and opaque paint is dark to light.
Wow... Chuck, this is incredible! You're a constant inspiration to me as I try to paint wildlife as realistically as possible. thank you so much for this!
You did a beautiful job. I can imagine how amazingly majestic he would be on a large canvas.

Very nice👍
Amazing❤
جميل جدا كنت اتمنى ان تعمل اضافات للقرون
I asked you earlier, just briefly, what is the advantage of walnut oil over linseed oil in your experience, thanks:)
Very enjoyable. I dare say this painting wouldn't be near as beautiful if it was done in acrylic. Oil paint has that special luminosity. The only other medium in my opinion that rivals oil is soft pastel.
So glad I found you tomorrow I will sub on pattern and I just can’t wait
What was you added before mixing the colours?
what challanges do you experience with painting wildlife from photos?
🎉 Hi Chuck... Wow I love how you capture every bit of God's creatures 🤩 you are the Best in your league Chuck thank you brother for sharing your Amazing work

I'm always humbled, thank you Donna

What easel is that your using
Unbelievable! How many hours a day do you paint. Is it ever a struggle for you ?
I struggle so much worrying about why I make art and what I want to say with it
Why did you stop acrylics?
❤❤❤❤ from India ❤❤
How don't you suffocate on thinner vapor? I gave up oil painting just because of that...
A good air purifier rated for VOCs helps a lot
Where can l send you my paintings inspired u?
WOW, he is an awesome Buffalo
Nice
Where did you the box
Not sure if I replied to you in the discord, but it is a kingsart table easel box
Красота!👍
