    Better trigger, better optic mounting system, better grip angel, co witness without suppressor height sights, the stippling does make it stick to your hands better, better slide serrations, a fluted barrel, slide cutouts, threaded barrel, it weighs less, and the barrel is also better quality than the basic Glock. Optic mounting system
      Grip texture
      Slide serrations
      Suppressor height sights
      A better trigger (imo)
      Out of the box
      I'm aware you can upgrade all these things but it all comes in one nice neat package.
      And yea the looks are very neat so it's eye pleasing. Not saying it's a "glock killer". I will still end up buying a glock. But for a better looking glock that isn't a glock. It's a very nice gun.

    I think the major benefit here is you get an extremely nice pistol on a platform thats tried and true. For any other brand like zev for example those are easily 2-4× the price of the shadow and arent any better than a regular glock either.

    • @OvertonWindex
      @OvertonWindex  7 месяцев назад

      What are you saying? Makes it extremely nice? It’s exactly the same, a bit worse in several ways. It’s snappier, it shoots closer to a sub compact because it’s a little bit lighter in the wrong spots. The texture is whatever, it’s not a CCW texture. Slide locks back with one round in the chamber still 50% of the time….

    • @TheWeekendShooter308
      @TheWeekendShooter308 7 месяцев назад

      @@OvertonWindex the slide and barrel were cut to be lighter than the glock slide so inherently it'll be more snappy. That's a subpar complaint. Slide lock? Try using different ammo or one of the different springs the gun comes with. You seem like a very competent person when it comes to guns so I'm sure you can figure it out. I own the DR920 Elite, I've had it for a few years now and never once have I had any slide lock issue, granted it's basically my lady's gun at this point because I don't want a pretty ass glock clone piece of shit. The shadow systems is mainly just a gucci glock with the price tag to go along with it. I'd take a shadow systems over building a Glock, whenever I see glocks with "upgrades" people add, that's when they seem to have failures. I'd just rather buy a used G19 and get some extra mags and run that shit. Invest the extra money in ammo and some targets. If I'm going all gucci for eye candy and to look cool, I guess perhaps the TTI Canik or S&W 2.0 Competition Performance Center is what I'd go for, but I'm not one for looks, that's what my Deuce and half is for, the guns are for shooting and all of mine show signs of use and I'm okay with that.
