The song was one that she wrote and never intended necessarily to be a The Warning song, but after finishing Error, the label wanted one more song. They were already back home in Mexico (they recorded in New Jersey,) so Pau recorded this on the family piano and sent it to producer David Bendeth under the conditions that she’d never play it live. She’s never said specifically much about it other than it’s a panic attack set to music, something like that. (All other stories you might hear are made up by fans, because she’s never said anything else.) All three had the flu pretty bad over the previous 10 days, Pau was the last to get it and was not very well here. Dany and Ale were mostly recovered.
Folks who were in the audience say they could tell she was struggling and everyone joined in to "sing the song home", finish it for her. That likely pushed her over the edge.
The lyrics are reportedly from the perspective of someone experiencing panic attacks, though as is commonly the case with The Warning songs, there could be other interpretations depending on the perspective of the listener. 😎👍

It's a panic attack set to music.
The Spanish at the end is her telling the audience that she loves them very much.
