And Manila is supposed to be the world’s most modern city.. I have spent a week there.some places are slums. Kids begging and living on the streets starving dogs and cats everywhere..Some people have no running water and no toilets. And the hygiene standards are Zero…

The blog is not pro tourism I may think but it is also the fault of our Government Officials why our infrastructures became like this.
The Philippines is not all about BGC, Forbes Park, Makati Commercial Center , SM, Boracay or Ayala Alabang. We should consider all places to be well planned and in order.

People has disregard of our P.D. 1096 which is The National Building Code of The Philippines. The City Engineering Office corrupted our infrastructures by giving permits to those illegal infrastructures to build.

Everyone should already know that Manila is a city, so should refrain from naming every town as a city.does it make your life better now that you now live in a city. You don’t see Tokyo, Hong Kong.Los Angeles, San Francisco, SanDiego etc. New York City to differentiate from New York State. I prefer to live outskirts of a city anytime.There’s slums in cities but hardly on the countryside.
