  • Beginning the restoration process. Pulling the engine off the frame. What an adventure restoring this motorbike I got back after 25 years.

      Thank you for watching!I have already done that, and unfortunately, I did not record it. But at some point, someone tried to lift the head off without removing the timing chain and caused some seating damage, i repaired that. The motor had low compression and would not kick start. I adjusted the valve clearance, timing and bought new gaskets for it. I also replaced the shift shat gear selector that had broken leaving the bike in 2nd gear. Was so excited to get it back running when i got it. i just hadn't decided to record the process. But after i get it back together and run it for a few hundred miles, i will do an engine lookover and taredown.
