That's amazing. Arnold, you are amazing. You care so much and are thoughtful and helpful in life, physical and mental health.
Education of a Bodybuilder was my first read at 9yo. It was so amazing all that you shared. When we read, we were you in a sense that we understood all that you went through.
But even better now. Pump Club is Amazing. It's positively changed my life. Literally turned it around.
I used to just read it every am when I got up. But now I ride the bike or walk on a treadmill and listen to your/Arnold's voice. I finish every morning with a smile. Plus I learn amazing things that help my digestion, lose weight, help with anxiety or nutrition. It's so amazing I just flew to Culver City to see a listen to you in person. I love your new book, Be Useful and read a little every day. I could read it all in a couple sittings like I once did when I was 9 yo and powered through Education of a Bodybuilder in 24hrs. No sleep lol. But this I wish to read just a little a day. Like a daily positive lesson. I feel like I am more positive, healthy and look forward to the future.
Prior to pump club my life slowly became a mess.
I had so much stress and anxiety recently with my daughter now out of my life, turning 18 and leaving her supportive dad behind, like kids often do. Add to that a horrible car accident, (hit by a Lyft driver) that was so traumatic I literally had a heart attack and multiple injuries that needed surgery, leaving me with herniated disks and a broken spine, a wrist and shoulder surgery and 2 years of rehab. Now I'm mostly better. Then a completely unexpected cancer scare/ surgery, etc. My life fell apart overnight. But I'm back and I have to tell you Pump Club helps everybody. It certainly has changed my life, and I'm eternally grateful. I'm learning so much every day today was about fiber, social media and eating vegetables and protein first. Thanks, Bud, Mr Governor. You are the Best. I have sent Pump Club to all my friends and promote your new book.
    Best wishes,
    Andy B

And out of all the things Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger has done in his life, being a good human being has to be at the very top of that big list.
Not letting fame and stardom get to the mind, thinking you are better than anyone else etc.
It may sound like that ain't too hard, but if you have never experienced the pressure of what it means to be in the spotlight, then you just simply don't know.
There is a reason why many people realizes that, that type of life is not for them even if that was what they were dreaming of.
It's a life not many are able to sustain in a healthy manner.
It require strong mental fortitude and discipline.

Dear Sir, this may be just a small comment of many but I want you to know that you moved me so deeply. Your action spoke to my soul and uncovered what this world could possibly be and also what I can do in this world, more of that really I can do the goodness I imagine, your courage putting into action, taught me, yes, I can do better in the world for the world. So much fear I had around my good intention, has faded away by seeing your action.
It is not just about jewish people. You as a human being, Your humbleness just amazed me so much. Your bravery and your action upon it, is truly humbling and inspirational. Not just as a physical strength, how much human soul can achieve in this world, especially after all the fame and money, the influence you've ever had, I know I can not do what you've done in your life yet, but you made me increase more hope and strength in my heart, the willingness to implement more forgivance and mercy.
It is something can't be taught in words.
I am in the process of joining jewish people. I love these people. But also I realized they are just same human beings like us. Starting point may differ depends on our ancestors. But the steps each individual make, indeed God will grant us only according to the individual.
It is not for the sake of people of Israel, but His sake, our creator, for us to uphold his law and words to prevail in this world, which is all about justice and true goodness.
Not because you direct jewish people, but more because it is Torah, His teachings, the jewish people are for, your action must be blessed.
I respect you more than any rabbis I've ever met so far. You are one of the greatest person I witnessed exists. What race what nationality what job or field does not matter, I respect you highly, sir. It is truly my honor to live with you at the same time on this planet, especially in this dark time.
Thank you sir. You not only benefitted jewish people but the young generations of entire people as a human being.
May God bless you and your children in this world and in the world to come.

It would be awesome if there was an Arnold A.I app that can answer anything you ask, whether workout advice or other things.

Everyone looks *so* surprised (and happy) when Arnold opens the panel and *is actually there,* talking to them.
Can't blame them, though...I'd probably fall right over. 😅
