I've been listening to your podcast for a few years now and your book is in my wishlist. I'm feeling fitter, stronger and more resilient than ever. I ran a marathon literally just 2 days ago and this morning I reached day 74 of my running streak.
Yeah, I have entered Munich marathon, one week after I entered BOOM goes my hamstring. Slowly doesnt but success for me now is making it to the start line. 21 weeks to go. :)

So helpful Brodie - this is me - every time I sign up for an event and begin a new program, I get injured, usually when I try to add in speed/hills.
