    Man, I love love all that you do. You are currently helping me with an anterior tibia tendon injury.
    I have been sharing your work with so many of my friends and family.
    My goal with your help and me putting in the work/rest at the right load & frequency is to get back to running after 3 years off from Achilles tendonopathy as well as 3 muscle tears and a bad knee.

    Wait. So the intervention group did exercises AND limited the increase in load AND improved running form? The control just ran without any of those sessions, right?
    So how do we know the injury survival rate was helped by the exercises at all and not just by the limited load increase and the better running form?
