    Yes your podcast with James was absolutely fascinating and immediately I started trying to time my breathing with my footfalls… I found it not only very difficult but frustrating too so didn’t keep up trying for long!! Funny thing is that my following run I suddenly noticed that that is exactly what I had been doing anyway, totally unconsciously and all I had to do was let it happen rather than trying to consciously make it happen !! In a race it’s my breathing rather than my footfalls that alert others that I’m approaching behind them… I learned from you a long time ago to run light on my feet!!! Now I at least do some regular nose breathing on my slow runs !!

    As a chronic runny nose girlie nose breathing just isn't an option, but will definitely be using the other exercises 🙌

    Why do I find myself holding my breath when I watch these breathing technique vids even though I'm not actually doing the test.
