This album came out when I was in high school and going to therapy. At one point my therapist gave me a little assignment and I brought in the lyrics from the bridge of Sometimes You're the Hammer, Sometimes You're the Nail. She was taken aback that such a wholesome message could come from a scary screamo song, lol. Still my favorite ADTR song to this day.

It was a good record but honestly I enjoyed Homesick more. I spoke to Jeremy about this record. He lived in the same town as me in Ocala and we used to run into each other from time to time before they were famous. He and tband were frustrated over contractual agreements with Victory Records. Homesick did extremely well and the record label didnt want to pay what they deserved and tried to dictate their writing process. Luckily this album turned out to be a success.

Completely agree. This is ADTR's best album, and it isn't especially close.
