Why S'poreans living abroad, have no properties in SG but can't receive the necessary benefits? We are S'poreans. Some of us have passed the age of 55 and all one could get is S5k fm our years of hard work and service to the country and have to wait till we are 65 to obtain the rest. What abt those who can't work anymore and live abroad and need medical attention for their daily maintenance but have not reached the age of 65 but 55 & above? What do such people do? How can such people even go back to S'pore for medical when they can't even work nor afford it but only have their CPF?
