  • Do you wiggle your toilet handle and it seems loose...like it's going to fall off? No problem, take the tank lid off and tighten it up.

Need more videos like these. No intro. No fluff. Just straight to the point with an easy explanation.

Thank you! I feel so silly for not trying to turn my plastic nut the other way - I have been dealing with a loose handle for longer than I would like to admit, my friend.
A video that gets straight to the point ❤

Note: he didn't explicitly say this but on most toilets the nut is reverse threaded so you have to turn ccw to tighten!

Guess what that piece is missing so ever since they fixed my toilet by changing the pump I did notice that it would be running for a very long time before it stopped after Flushing and now when I'm trying to get out the door to take my mother to urgent care I hear my toilet still running so I go in take the lid off and see this thing loose ridiculous I don't have time for this and I don't need maintenance or anybody coming in the apartment right now this is ridiculous I can't believe he installed it like this and I feel like he did it just so he could come back

The nut on my handle is tight but the arm that pulls the chain falls all the way down. Which means the handle is pointing straight up instead of parallel to the floor. What’s the problem?

but what about the people who say "i tightened it all the way and its still loose" . Are the lying or stupid or didn't do it right, or all of the above?
