For a more flavoured curry, cook the onion and curry first, add chicken, after 15 mins potato n carrot, after another 15, coriander. Done. Same recipe just in a different order. Solid tho bro! 🤙

Looks yum! Personally don't like carrots in curry (cause it gives an unnessecary sweetness)... this kinda looks a bit soupy but very delicious none the less!

That is how to NOT cook chicken curry lol sorry but the spices are supposed to be thrown in with oil before the rest
I know right. I use that method too but there's different ways to cook kale moa (it's a more simplified samoan version of chicken curry). Thankyou for the feedback though, good to know you're honest lol blessings Jamie! 🌲
