I am gonna try your exercise routine, but adding crunches and chin-ups on a pull-up bar. I think they are a great start and I can add like weights eventually too, I am trying to gain weight and muscle. I am up 8lbs so far.
You cannot build a above average physique at home, at least go to a park with some bars so you can do dips and pull ups, also the gym is where you will see most results no matter how tired or drained you are
This is not good advice. You can do your home exercises AND go to the gym. Either that or have gym equipment at home, at least work out in the park. And for that matter go to another youtube site and see how experienced guys who train their bodies do so at home. What you're talking will lead to boredom unless you committed to improving your routine at home. And still you're limiting yourself. And seeing people, friends, at the gym can be a good thing if all of you are focused on working out and not lounging around on machines (good gym etiquette, common sense things). So original point do both, that will help you or anyone out the most.
