- Today we're joining Derek as he takes a tour of Wolf Industries' ten thousand square foot tiny home factory, which produces a home per week! Each modular home is slightly different from the last, with Wolf offering thousands of combinations of options. Many customers are also surprised at some of the premium options available at no extra cost, like a variety of granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, and included HVAC and tankless water heater systems, making the homes and ideal option for a prefab ADU (accessory dwelling unit), mother in law or guest house.
The factory operates in 4 stages, from framing with the help of our facilities integrated crane, to appliance installation, fit and finish. As builders, Wolf takes tremendous pride in the ability to produce homes built to international residential code but while still operating in a manufacturing environment. This allows the year round production of modular housing with quality above and beyond anything found in traditionally manufactured homes - which are instead built to the HUD code.

Really cool I kind of like the ideas I noticed you use a lot of stainless steel appliances if somebody were to purchase a house which something I'm thinking about could we get traditional either white or black appliances if we're someone like me who hates stainless steel
