Is there only one layer of plywood for flooring? It's not sanitary for toilets to sit on the flange because it causes minute seepage of waste products. Don't it will not I'm in the process of laying the second layer of flooring to correct this mistake.

Looks like osb . First time it gets moisture it will wick and bubble not good why not plywood if you’re going to build a quality home
what is the size and spacing of interior walls?
Hello Jim, the size and spacing of interior walls are 2x4 kiln dried spf at 16" on centre. The drywall is screwed, not nailed.
