whats your lead time for homes. from time order is placed and finalized how long on average till the home is ready to be delivered
This largely depends on if you choose an Express, Streamlined, or Personalized design path. Choosing an Express design with no changes can be a quick process of around 6 months or so. With the Streamlined or Personalized options that can add to the timeline; each project is unique and there are many factors that play into how long each build takes.
