U can do it with or without a twink as u q your bound to run into geard 70s or twinkw once ur max lvl get the achievement for the cloak than it xfers to all your alts
Yeah finish the quest chain once u unload dungs put on the closing given than spam heroocs u don't need to loot everything goes to your mail every 5/7 dungs id go to the mailbox and get it all you'll lvl a crazy amount

yeah once u get max lvl q a few more heriocs to get enough threads so u get it for alts
don't loot after 5/7+ dungs go to mail and grab it all there I usually wait more so 10-15 but whatever works

Heroic dungeons only. Make sure you don't collect the bonus xp, only the bonus xp threads.
