    Pain in my hip after 12 years has loosened up and 80% gone after digesting, listening and devouring this information, books and testimonials over the last 7 days. Like the psychological pain vanished once the veil was uncovered and the truth came out. Thank you!

      @@itamarohayon-h1q I’m running again. Form and Balance exercises are important. Slant Board Squats, Loaded Carries/walks. Will tell you the biggest one which I did last month. I’d been taking massive action like Sarno suggested, did 3 month tripling walking step count…20-30 thousand a day. I then fasted 9 full days, water coffee only. Created new stem cells, killed off, ate problem cells (Autophagy/Mitophagy). When I ate again, ate clean Whole Foods and let the new stem cells do the healing work. So to wrap up, when your in pain physically, think right away to anything that bothers you psychologically, redirect the pain. On top of that do the physical and diet plan so they all work together. Consistent Sleep cycles, shorter eating windows, cold showers all help too. Good luck and mix some fermented foods into your diet

    I have treated many patients with unconscious rage. These people were hard on themselves. They had physical pain whether it was their back,, neck, shoulder migraines and so on. So many of my patients were cured with Dr. Sarno's method of reading his book and writing down what makes the patient angry. I watched Dr. Sarno work as well for 3 days and. I have witnessed more patients than I can count with complete relief!

    I spent time with Dr Sarno at NYU in 2010 and have helped many patients with his approach. Read his book(s). Watch his full lecture on youtube. I have practiced in Silver Spring, MD for over 30 years and without this approach I could not have helped many people.
    Recently my back went out for a few weeks. I could hardly move. I used this approach and now am pain free. It works. Just know that though the pain is totally real the cause is from the brain.

      R K the steps are outlined in Dr. Sarno’s book and in Steve’s book. I applied them as my video explains and over the course of a year I healed. It has now been seven years. It’s about shifting from the physical to the psychological- mind-body connection. It is now the focus of my dissertation in my doctorate in clinical psychology. It is real science and certainly has plenty of research to support it.

      Reincarnation Because people don’t want to admit they have unresolved issues. They get more pity and some get lots of opioids as well. I’m not saying that is the majority, but definitely it is the case, and I happen to know people that that is the case. Some don’t want the pain to go away because they might lose their disability check each month.

    Dr Sarnos really helped me get my body & life back on track. I am eternally grateful. I've lost count of the amount of people I know that have problems, that I strongly believe are TMS... but they simply can't think outside the box & follow Dr Sarnos' technique. The medical world has invested so much in treating everything with drugs & that it's not possible for the the brain to create acute pain & discomfort in the body. Also, people are lazy - they just expect the Drs to tell them whats wrong & prescribe the drugs without them having to put the work in themselves.

    I can find no official record of this reference anywhere. I found one saying sitting puts more pressure on your neck according to Nachemson, but can anyone cite where he refutes sitting is bad for your back and neck?
    That said, I have read The Mindbody Prescription and in weeks I have almost completely lost debilitating pain that ruined my life for 8 months. I totally recommend Sarno's books and I say this as a very, very skeptical person. If you went to a doctor and they can't find anything wrong with you, or even if they do find something and suggest surgery, read one of his books first. It's amazing what a little self-awareness and reflection can undo.

      That’s so unfortunate Shawn. I I I wish I found Sarnos books sooner as well. Makes my experience insignificant. I finally closed down my business of 32 years and moved 800 miles away to be closer to my family, thinking too that the doctors where I was living were inept. Not the case at all though. They couldn’t diagnose my severe hip and leg pain back here either. I’m so grateful to a store owner in Port Huron Michigan that informed me of Sarnos work one day on the very rare occasion that I had to go out shopping. I dismissed it at first . The turning point was the meeting with a renowned spine surgeon in Detroit Dec of 2020 that found absolutely no significant problem with my spine or hip MRIs . After that day I embraced TMS and canceled all future appointments with chiro , acupuncture etc. I’m now in a coached group over zoom with Dan Buglio , a well know coach in TMS community. I’m not recovered yet but I’ve had some breakthrough good days for the first time in 5 years and I know I will ultimately shake this affliction soon. Accurate knowledge is the Key!

      virtually everything bro, i had been a sufferer from gastrointestinal reflux, back pain, migrane headache and here i'm now after a year of learning Dr Sarno Theory and i would say 95% of all my symptoms have vanished including allergies and what not, i even had allergic reaction to potatoes, how funny is that. Now i can eat as much as fries as i want, i really hope that you read his book, also steve ozanich the great pain deception. Though the book is titled about back pain but it is much much more than that and 99% diagnosed symptoms are mind body symptoms, only if you have broken bones or ribs, i would say the pain exist because of that. 99% is because of the conflict between your consciousness and unconsciousess and bdw the very question you're asking about auto immune diseases is prolonging your suffering coz someone raises question when they don't have100% faith and believe that's it TMS and for you to heal you should have 100% faith that there's nothing wrong with your body. You will heal almost all of your diseases once you get to the point that I'm fine. Its just that my unconscious is acting out more like a child which it is indeed. Bdw hindi aati h mujhe aur agar aur janna ho to tmswiki.org jana ya mujhe email krna

      At the end of the video the slide said one of the misunderstandings is "pain cannot manifest anywhere else in the body" which is wrong. So yes, TMS can be in other areas of the body.

    • @BackontheBayou
      @BackontheBayou 7 лет назад +8

      It's usually the postural muscles and the nerves coming from the spine, so basically for any issue regarding those areas - things like herniated discs, sciatica etc. However, there are also other illnesses called "equivalencies", as they are also determind as "TMS" (induced by repressed emotions and stress). Some of the equivalencies are hayfever, chronic fatigue syndrome and plantar fasciitis. The books I found the most helpful (all pretty inexpensive) have been The MindBody Prescription and The Divided Mind (both by John Sarno ) and The Great Pain Deception by Steve Ozanich. The latter goes into a lot of the science behind this and is what helped me the most after getting the general concept from Dr Sarno. Steve Ozanich is also someone who had suffered various ailments including pain in several areas for over twenty years and has been painfree for many years now. Definitely worth a read.
