    The technique learnt in circuit -1 for dc circuits have been carried forward for ac circuits. Transformation voltage source into current source and vice versa has been explained. The question of marking direction of current source and polarity of voltage source has been explained in details. Several problems have been solved to build better understanding of the concept.
    Example 10.7: Calculate Vx in the circuit in fig. 10.17 using the method of source transformation.
    Practice Problem 10.7: Find I0 in the circuit of Fig 10.19 using the concept of source transformation.

      @@ahmedsirour4301 When resistance (R) is connected in series with inductance (L), or capacitance(C) in an ac circuit, we call the combination an 'Impedance'. Z=R+jXL or Z=R+jXC or Z =R +j(XC-XL)
