I don’t know how they came up with this masterpiece when they were making the first game in the entire series, but I have yet to find another piece of game music that makes me feel the same level of power that proof of a hero does.
@@nicolas.p1750 I honestly don’t want open world but that’s only because I think the way quests work in the series is good as is. Picking which monster you want to fight is the foundation of grinding for what you want to make. I think it would be a little tricky to translate for an open world game. With that said I would be hella down for larger maps.

Seriously... every MH game I forget about this song... and then in the final fight you turn the corner and there is the horn section... and my god if I don't get chills EVERY time this shit drops in the game!

I can only speak for World and Rise, but if you watch any videos of them creating or even just performing the music, you can tell they are all masters of their craft. And don't let the lack of popularity due to the gaming genre fool you, they could for sure compose and play for anything world class (hehe).

The composers for this game are definitely really good at what they do, and I've seen a couple videos of them working on the music and man is it cool to see.

I just got my first solo kill of Fatalis in MHW. it took me 400 hours. when I hit the Dragonator switch and heard the music start, I knew i would never stop loving this series. The journey took me nearly 2 years since my introduction to the series, during that time, i grew as a player, and a person. I felt joy, rage, and desperation throughout those two years, which I'll honestly refer to as the worst of my life. But the feeling of triumph, KNOWING i've grown since then, it kept me going till i finished the fight. I nearly choked, but i got my head in the game, focused, and proved myself as a hero. And yknow what? That'll keep me going for just a bit longer. Thank you, Capcom for creating this wonderful series and giving me just a little bit more courage to face the world. Happy hunting, everyone!

Still remember playing it the first time in PS2 when i'm still a young kid, still remember my first egg quest, still remember my first Yian Kut Ku fight, my first Cephadrome, my first Rathalos kill, still remember why i chose to be GS main because i saw the guy from the intro and like damn big sword so cool. Feels so nostalgic, never knew i would keep playing MH series until now,, this songs really made me cry because how i missed those times and struggles.
My first experience from this song was the fight against the big sand whale in Monster hunter 3 ultimate. Good times. This series will always be a personal fave of mine. I hope HM continues to be great for future genrations.

I remember playing Freedom Unite like ages ago when I was a kid and my brother got it for his PSP but neither of us actually figured out how to play the game properly. A few days ago I suddenly had this urge of "Yo, it's time for some epic monster hunting!" So I went to Instant Gaming, got Monsterhunter World plus DLC for 20 Bucks and tomorrow shall be my proper introduction into this series I forgot about for years and am suddenly totally hyped for.
