That totally make sense to call in the cleaning staff, to make weldings for a video showing the manufacturing of a product, and putting it on RUclips to be seeing, by thousinds of people around the world. :-D My guess is, that these weldings are esactley how they do them all the time, by their "professional" team.
I have the feeling that thing is going to fall apart in 3 years. Like most Chinese made garbage.

이런 차량의 건립에는 반드시 무개 분포 도면을 작성해야 한다. 탑재되는 각종 자재의 무개를 측정해서 종합해야 되며, 차량으로서 움직일 때 무개 중심의 변화도 파악해서 가장 안정적인 무개 분포로 수정해 나가야 한다.
처움 부터 무개 분포 계획을 세워 놓고 자재를 선정하는 것이 더욱 효과적이다.
Had no idea you could crown staple into metal...
Your not supposed to the build quality is rubbish, should be screwed in you can see on a lot of the joints the sheets are not all the way down on the framing. If it stays in one place it might be ok but if it's transported a few times the sheets will vibrate lose from road movement.
Looks like adhesive is added, staples are just there to hold till cured
If this was a 'How Not To Do It' video, then it was great!
I would not have confidence in any aspect of this company or its products...

Not only are they sloppy cuts, but why would you cut the steel off of the floor? Get a workstation so you don’t have to worry about your back and other sorts of ailments! Good God! Sloppy welding too!

love the look and design .. my issues was the staples crowning in metal on roof. second i seen allot of staples on enterior while being light they wear out and things start falling ...i hope you guys get those things worked out i would buy 2 of them

Симпатичный домик. На 10 из 10. Но по сборке и соблюдению технологий..... жесть. Надеюсь нам просто не показали вентиляционные системы. Как подложили под брусок оконного проема гидроизоляционную мембрану или прокладку между металлом и деревянным бруском. Как сделали тепловые зазоры на фанере в полу и т.д. А так повторюсь симпатичный домик. Респект автору ролика. Всем добра.

I love the concept but I was waiting for them to go back and properly weld all the joints in the Galvanised steel, while wearing proper protective breathing equipment, curious as to why they didn't use MIG welders rather than arc?

Путешествуя по странам Европы я набрел на Румынию! Красивая,со своим характер и живописный архитектурой!Но больше всего меня поразили.цыганские кибитки ,они огромные,,как два КАМАЗА ,так вот конструкция в совершенно точно ,как эти изделия!!Где это делают и для кого???
Очень много косяков, от сварки до монтажа фанеры и кровли.
У меня друг электрик сказал куда гофру в пену). Огнеопасно и не подлезишь.

Semejante jaula de acero se merecía un exterior de chapa de aluminio soldado con tig, y tras un relleno de aislamiento de mayor calidad y no ese inyectado y por último sí un contrachapado interior.
Идея очень хорошая, а выполнение очень плохое. Детализация всех проектных решений и качество выполнения всех работ на очень низком уровне. Кровельные работы - образец того, как не надо делать, особенно стыки листов, которые лежат в разных плоскостях. Монтажные и в первую очередь сварочные работы - это просто пиздец. Извините за дворовой сленг. Пространственная жесткость - под вопросом. Не развалится ли он при первой же транспортировке? Утепление - для видимости. Летом будет жарко, а зимой холодно. Для какого региона оно рассчитано? У современных холодильников и то лучше. Электромонтажные и сантехнические работы - ?????? Какие у него вес и габариты? А как его транспортировать и монтировать? Очень много недосказанного начиная от фундамента заканчивая вентиляцией.
Итог. Все видео очень поверхностное, т. е. обычная рекламная замануха для не думающих людей. В таком "домике" можно только дождь переждать. Жить опасно.

Да такой можно и у вас сделать, только у вас принят закон о регистрации каждого узла отдельно, для караванов. Если даже заказать из Кореи он будет очень много стоить.
Этот закон приняли монополисты рынка , а они очень богатые и сказали чиновникам издать закон. Так бы конкуренты съели бизнес , супер богатые не любят конкурировать. Вроде капитализм и рынок должен решать кто лучше.

내 장담하는데 바닥 그거 2-3년안에 다 썩어서 곰팡이 피어 납니다. OSB합판이 무슨 방수 기능이 있는게 아니에요. 방수합판도 소용없는게 바닥 합판입니다. 바닥을 나무로 할려면 합성목재 같은걸 쓰던가 아니면 완벽하게 습기로부터 보호되도록 해야 합니다.

Sueldan con electrodo 6013 en vez de hacerlo con Tig que es una soldadura más pura y limpia para ese tipo de trabajo , realmente es una porquería como suelda ese soldador , se le agujerean los caños el amperaje de la máquina de soldar no es el adecuado

ЦУБы то более качественно делались - там двойная бочка была, внутренняя вообще бралась в виде монолитной цистерны для нефтепродуктов, а там качество сварки аргоном идеальное, да и математически прлосчитана прочность заранее, т.е. продукт изначально оптимизирован под условия Крайнего Севера (Арктика, горы), да и жарких регионов. Там двойной корпус, по сути двойная бочка с термоизоляцией внутри и фанерной/деревянной опалубкой внутри + двойные или тройные окна, а в горной версии - иллюминаторы, как у самолёта или космического аппарата. Современные версии, изготавливаемые в РФ, намного качественее (не по дизайну, а по прочности и живучести + теплосохранению) чем это.
Stick welding is strange decision
Unpractical is it is, I like the esthetics of the design, but the welding seems awful. I hope they were just preliminary attaching the pieces and a second welder would go over all welding points afterward to weld everything properly. Is that roof going to be waterproof, with all those staples?

Not a professional build in my opinion and I may be wrong I noticed waste in assembly, Was insulation applied to underside of the floor? I'll pass.

What are you even talking about? Of course there was no insulation applied to the floor. You wouldn't insulate a floor unless you knew what the customer was going to be using as a foundation. Once you understand that you understand how to properly insulate a structure. If that property was going to be built on a basement foundation vs a slab then the insulation would be applied to the under flooring at that point in time. Every customer's installation requirements are going to be different.
While I understand people look at these things as if they are mobile/trailerable homes that just get dropped off on a lawn and are self-contained that is rarely the case. This is just a building and you as the owner, you would be responsible for site prep including building a proper foundation and you would be responsible for placing an order requesting an insulated floor if you intended to drop it on a slab without insulating yourself.
People who do not understand the construction process really should not be making comments like these.
