- If you've ever wondered how long these luxury units tend to last on the market, this video is for you!
I primarily focused my research on Streeteasy, so all of the properties listings can be found there. Some of the sales have not yet been recorded so the prices in my video may reflect the listing price instead of the actual sales price.
If you’re in the market for a new place don't hesitate to reach out!

Your commentary is so good and precise!
Thank you and I think this channel gives the most realistic view of real estate in NYC. I also appreciate seeing unit listings for the average person instead of only the super wealthy. Also, yes to ghost tours. I’ll watch that for sure.
I just found this channel a few days ago and have will continue to watch. Thanks from Denver, Colorado.
I appreciate your kind words! And now I have an excuse to do that ghost video I mentioned. It's a historic city so there must be good stories out there!
I really only liked #7. The rest were all too modern and soulless to me. I hate seeing historic properties changed so much. You see the same thing all over London. Kinda tacky IMO. In 20 years, they'll all look dated and even more tacky.
#4 & #2 = my favs!!! But truly, I'd do anything to have any of these places man... For real
You never know what the future holds!
I love the old townhomes, especially if they're not redone in mid-mod style. The highrises are nice but terrifying, so I prefer to stay closer to the ground. 😂
Hi Hayley, I enjoy your videos; they are well presented. But I notice you often say the ceiling is/was tall. Walls are tall, and ceilings are high. Keep it up.
Yes to the ghosts on NYC vid
I was in #1 it’s the Alt Nue synagogue . The visiting nurse center seemed to have modernized the house though.
I’m a dreamer…thanks for the reviews ❤
Good video- can you include who the listing agents are next time?
Way not have a ghost video in New York. That will be cool.
Beginning to see cracks in the real estate market in NYC -- and other parts of the country. Buyers beware !
Decisions Decisions I do love a pool so I can get my float on but…that outdoor space looks divine hmmm but 88 floors up love that the view must be amazing!!! I’ve made my decision I’ll take them all 😂
Nice video!
Parking was not mentioned; extra$$$?
Great video's, thank you. Do you happen to know the condo fees for some of these units? I'm not looking to buy, I was just curious.
I just checked and they range from 8k per month for common charges to 16k per month!
@@hayley_bailiff wow, I'll stay here....lol
Back street…
How about some classic residences? These are all modern garbage totally devoid of any charm, #7 seems pretty good though…..
Nothing to take away from the content creator but this list and the viewings seem unremarkable. It is like yeah whatever.
The only one I'll disagree with you on is the West Village townhouse with the indoor pool. If I had the money I would have made that mine a long time ago! Who knows what life holds, maybe the next time it hits the market life will look a little differently
10 E 75th St. I've walked by it for many years. Stunning. Now, with the chaotic world, we're living today, 88th floor, no, thank you. 🫶♾️✔️ WOW, 8 E 63rd St as well, my neighbors. I'm on East 69th St. 🎸💯✔️ my bad😂 last dit, 107 E 70th St. Around the corner. Beautiful to see townhouses around your neighborhood, justifiably beautiful to see them lit up in the early evening walks🫶
