- On this episode we review an other outstanding automatic chronograph in the Tycoon Chronograph from Swiss brand Fortis. This particular variant being the A.M. dial, being that Fortis has established a naming convention where the lighter dials are dubbed A.M. and the darker dials P.M. models. This particular design drawing inspiration from the brand's classic models of the 1940's, just in a more contemporary size with modern build quality. I love the aesthetics and color play on this variant, in particular. It really speaks to a clean, near-minimalist look with just enough style splashed in to give it, its own signature feel. Let me know what you think in the comments below, thanks guys!
A really nice watch. Reminds me a bit of the IWC Portuguese. Always impressed with their quality. Fortis is a great company too.
in my opinion one of the most beautiful watch ever, i will buy it, thanks for review
Fortis makes very nice, quality watches... and an original, independent brand that started in 1912. Wish the movement in this watch was in the new Cosmonautis Chronograph. : (
I have a Swiss made Dubois deproz between my legs
Cool watch, but the dial is a bit plain and boring. It could have done with some texture or a sunburst pattern.
What's the better watch.. this fortis or the brellum duobox?? I need a chrono for the collection, I was looking at the fortis classic cosmonauts a.m ceramic and the ball fireman storm chased also
What’s the lug to lug on this beast?
Good review . I like the watch but the lacking water resistance stinks. It should be at least 100m. Does have a screw down crown?
No.
