This one pan creamy tuscan chicken pasta is one of our family's favorite dinners. It's garlicky, cheesy, and delicious. This easy, creamy pasta dish boasts big Italian flavors, tender chicken and is perfect for a quick 30 minute delicious weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:
2 Medium boneless chicken breast, 175g each
2 Cups boiled pasta (any pasta of your choice)
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Some flour to dredge the chicken
1 cup shallots, finely chopped
4-5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
250g sliced mushrooms
2 chopped chili pepper (optional)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp Italian mixed herbs
Sundried tomatoes, chop up about 1/4 cup (3 tbsp oil from the jar)
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup double cream/heavy cream
Some parmesan cheese
1 handful of chives (about 1 cup)
Garnish with some basil leaves and sundried tomatoes
Dry herbs to season the chicken:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt/to taste
