- World War 2 can be called an economic war, and in this mod, you will feel the value of every resource at your disposal, for instance, you will find that as Germany or Italy limiting all exports and creating an inter-axis economy benefits you the most, whereas as the Soviet Union or the United States of America you will find that opening up to trade and protecting the un-synthesizable resources from the Axis Powers is the most beneficial for your country and your faction and overall win a decisive strategic victory!
The Total War dev team has a goal in mind and that is to make the historical immersion mod that is eSports ready, Immersion is very important to us as we are all WW2 enthusiasts, and any suggestions to how this immersion can be improved will be considered and can be entered in the discord. Although, bear in mind that gameplay and balance will always be given priority!
The Total War Mod can be downloaded from the Steam Workshop. Its definitely worth a try as it is very well made!
This Second World War timelapse has been simulated by AI in the video game Hearts of Iron IV by Paradox Interactive.

@Slawa Wacker Imagine believing Soviet propaganda specifically designed to demoralize axis troops and shame their own soldiers to fight. Like the entire idea behind the women being so good was to shame their male soldiers into fighting harder. The simple fact the Russians and Soviet military dropped women serving as "snipers" as soon as WW2 was over should show you that was all bullshit..

Ofcourse the support will increase, why would they support the soviets if they are losing it will just be a waste.
And the fact you use the battle as point of view makes the allies look bad, I suggest to use years instead.
And the supplies increases because the US production increases as time goes and the supply lines to USSR more secured, especially after they joined the war

In my second attempt at OP Barbarossa and instead of trying to make two armies full of panzers (pretty much impossible pre-1941) i've put all my best tanks into my OG Heinz Guderian army and a more mixed army helmed by Rommel, but with plenty of armor to push with.
The results are insane, after doing a 750k encirclement in the first two weeks i avoided the urge to sprint to moscow/stalingrad and instead made the remining RedArmy suffer a similar fate.
I sent Heinz south with his 14 veteran panzers w. 2 infantry divs for defense and meanwhile sent rommel straight north to connect my latvia line with my center, the result was a triple encirclement and a total USSR loss of 3.6 million before the end of october 1941.
Had to stop at 2 am last night as Stalin kicked in his winter counter attack but he has very little to counter attack with at this point.
For the Vaterland!

Huge encirclement doesn't mean anything. You lost more than small encirclements. I encircled the soviets from south, ukraine-stalingrad to karelia. And i get nearly nothing. 3 million deaths to 7 million deaths. Minor and much more encirclements are better. Yeah also this video's encirclement is maybe good.
@@emreahmet167 I wouldn't say the size of the encirclement matters, but what matters is the speed in which you can crush the encircled troops and that's (obviously) faster when the encirclement is small

This time lapse is one of the examples one may use for while you should be able to press for a ceasefire as it becomes increasingly hard to find a actual end to the war if the Axis forces are winning.
The bots in this game were useful, some of the did send troops to the frontlines even though they were not bordering the conflict

Total war is a great mod but the only downside is that the AI isn't aggressive. I haven't seen Germany invade England once.
What mod do you use for timelapse and death counts and encirclement counts
If you had the road to 56 mod I think Germany gets some sort of debuff when it’s winter. so the Russians have a better chance of pushing

It's really not that hard. If you're missing any equipment production then the game will give you a notification in the top of your screen.
A soviet/allies comeback would have been the best comeback.

Why is the audio so bad?
Every time I play Total War I get bogged down in Russia but here the AI made it look like a piece if cake. I mean how did it not suffer from Supply problems and a competent Italy which can hold Africa wow. Maybe I am a bad player or I am extremely unlucky.
