Welcome to the SgtPancake youtube channel. This channel is meant for entertainment. I am a young kid who just likes history, politics, and religion. Because of this I love games like Hearts Of Iron and Battlefield 1, I wish to upload this regularly and entertain as many people as possible by making quality content. The most surprising thing about this is the Italian military being competent and actually really good.
I sure the facist Italian AI is purposefully handicapped because Italy is actually pretty good when its Un-Aligned, Democratic, or communist.
I'm interested in italian military history and I can say it's kinda good just very underrated cuz of ww2 and ppl unfortunately don't know it well

5 day Austro-Hungarian Empire is something you really can meet in history like one week socialist republic in 1930's Chile or 2 day Ukrainian state in west Slovakia

Honestly the most historical thing in this Timelapse is the Spanish civil war
No matter the timeline, spain will ALWAYS have a civil war

I was expecting to see a lot more border gore but after the peace conference the world ended up looking surprisingly pleasing, only stand outs being all of africa being just ITALY and the craziness of Third Rome
He has state transfer tool on. He probably cleaned up the borders for the "peace treaty" that ended the war. And that's a good thing. I much prefer a realistic end rather than leaving the peace to the insanity that is the AI. The first time seeing an AI peace treaty is fun, but the 10th, 100th time? It loses its appeal.
The fact that Russia becomes Rome is just as unexpected as Saturn becomes the Earth
It's actually how Moscow was called once ,"Third Rome" . As if first is Rome,Second is Visantyna or idk how you called it and the third being Moscow
@@KaliTheThunder this. When Emperor Constantine moved the capital of the empire to Constantinople, the royal blood and vast majority of nobles went east with him. When the power of the Byzantines and Constantinople was fading, the emperors married into various ethnic group, a major one being the Rus from the former Novgorod Kingdom. When the city finally fell and the end of the Byzantine empire, the royals in Moscow claimed the title and sought to restore Rome by retaking Constantinople, see Peter and Catherine's reigns.
By this simulation taking up the mantle of the Third Rome is really just a fascinating piece of history referenced here.

To sum up:
Germany achieves its goals in western Europe
Italy rules Africa
Poland has restored the Commonwealth
Russia has restored Rome (mostly in name though)
And America has decided that allying them is a good idea somehow
I mean they have all reached their goals (kinda)
Germany dominates Europe (America is probably stronger anyways)
Italy has established the greatest colonial empire ever known (Just not quite Rome)
Poland has reunited the Commonwealth (But Eastern Ukraine and Belarus remain Russian)
And Russia has been able to make itself known as Third Rome (But nothing else)
Japan became Russian puppet, not American. So its a big deal. And China became German puppet. I guess Russian-German alliance that US was so afraid of IRL could actually become the most powerful alliance. Also Italy is OP controlling resources of the whole African continent.
Russia managed to annex Tannu-Tuva and satellite Japan, all the while keeping its 1936 land. It's a small victory, but a welcome one

The cold War in this timeline is between Eurasian monarchists (led by Germany, Russia and Italy) and American facists (led by usa).
It would probably be a mostly naval and air confrontation, and most proxy wars woudk probably be in Africa and South America.
The monarchists would probably win, because it's a more flexible ideology than fascism. But it would probably be a longer cold War than irl as fascism is more robust ecconomically than communism.
East Asia is also controlled by the monarchists.

WARNING SPOILERS!!
So to sum it up:
Germany does the most in terms of land and puppets. Takes western europe.
Italy takes the whole african continent
Poland did the most military aid,but not much in land. Seems like restoring the commonwealth was enough.
Russia did the most in terms of military transport. Since of the russias strategic placement.
America joined them at the end and they destroyed japanese empire with the alliance. They provided the most financial and equipment aid, and had the best navy.
Japan started off strong,but when they declared war on the alliance they were f'd.
Austria hungary dissolved immediately.
Switzerland was doing swiss things.
