idk about others, for me in the last 2 steps of the solve, where you do EO, it's very for ur brain to adjust the color you have to look at when trying to do that
dual cn will let you take advantage of any pair on the cube so full cn isnt necessary to be world class. also full cn on roux is harder than on cfop cause you have to get used to 24 different fbs compared to 6 cross colours

@@trianglescubewell you can't use a white edge connected to a white center. For that you at least need 12FB, which is what I would recommend.
