- For today we wanted to show off our methods we use to solve the cube. And who better to show than our coworkers!? In this video, each person coaches the other two on their main method. There are stumbles and falls, but also victories and understanding.
There are also some useful tips for you beginners out there. We give advice on each method and how to move forward. Hope you enjoy!

The last time I was this early Petrus was a viable speedcubing method.

this is true becuz Roux is just more freedom version of CFOP but a bit slower
and ZZ is just CFOP with no rotations
@@axolotl7486 Roux is completely different from CFOP and there’d be no point to choosing a method if it simply was slower
@@ChalkMan they have same F2L but modified with MU moves and If ZZ is faster for example why choosing CFOP? We cube cuz we want the fastest times, that's why CFOP/ZZ/Roux are here or we will be using the begginers method
@@axolotl7486 Roux has the lowest move count and you don’t ever really need to rotate either. ZZ has the best ergonomics for its lack of rotations and not having to deal with spamming M and U moves. But CFOP has a more algorithmic approach like ZZ but it solves pieces at every step and is the best at reducing blind spots making CFOP have the best look ahead.
I was expecting Rowe to just say "CFOP" after the others were thoroughly explaining their methods lol

I’ve been cubing for 6 years and have mastered a lot of methods.
CFOP: ~14

Petrus, it is bad but it is a speed solving method
From someone who mains CFOP but knows all 3 methods and casually solves on the other 2 from time to time, nice

ROUX is a free method without f2l, but ZZ & CFOP is pretty same with with f2l and same last layer orient.

I know the the roux zz and cfop. But I am not as good but I think roux is the best although I cannot do it very fast

Ngl roux looks really fun. I'm pretty much ready to move on from beginners method because I'm averaging 1min now, and i think I'm just going to learn both roux and cfop at the same time for the next 6mo-1yr to see which one suits me best. Good video thanks 😁

@@DeltaInsanity hey! Actually my mom passed away sometime right around when i left that comment and i think i really did not do a whole lot of cubing for a good while. Then maybe 5-6 months back i learned chess and that’s been my main hobby I’d say, so with all that being said i haven’t had much progress cubing. I somewhat recently learn beginners roux method from Kian Monsiour tutorial playlist. If you have trouble finding that let me know and I’ll send you the link to it. It’s really tough to say I’m stuck now trying to decide what to do. I feel like the thousands of solves i have with the layer by layer beginners method has really equipped me to move onto cfop since i already have been knowing f2l for a long time, but i also like that roux is more intuitive and less alg based and also Tps matters less with roux. So on the one hand i like the idea of moving forward with roux but I’m just so comfortable with layer solving I’ll probably just have to learn cfop and build on my foundations rather than basically start from scratch tbh. Sorry if this wasn’t much help lol
@@DJ-Art-Morris I'm sorry for your loss. Honestly I was just curious to know what the experience would be like to learn both roux and cfop at the same time. I was in a similar situation a bit over a week ago where I was averaging about a minute with the beginner method, and it took me about a week to get comfortable enough with cfop that my times were pretty similar. I'm slowly bring my average down now, with a PB single of 39sec.
