For 17 minutes I forgot all about my life and actually felt like I was there, 2 mates riding V4S’ around Silverstone with a MotoGP rider. Doesn’t get much better than that! You really know how to make viewers grin from ear to ear 😊 Livin’ most bikers dreams you two are, keep it up chaps 👏🏼

@@James-ze3vt Thanks mate! Doing a refresher course tomorrow, bike is in for maintenance next week coming out of long term storage and then hopefully back on the road shortly thereafter!

I thought a Pangale V2 was a big step for my second after a year on a Honda CBR650R but a 1299!!
Ducati had a demo day at my local dealership, and they had a Panigale V4. My friend tried it for an hour and described it to me afterwards. I've never heard anyone use so many swear words in a sentence before. He was mindblown.

Silverstone is a tremendous track: massive sweeping corners, flat out straights, and plenty of overtaking space. The absolute craic.

Myself ( and i think allot of people ) are amazed on the big jump Chris made the last years in riding style and i wonder what was the biggest lesson learned that made him switch from just a trackday enthousiast to elbow dragging and keeping up with Al ? maybe some content about that ?

That looks good, I’ll watch that while I do my steady 20 minutes on the exercise bike, I thought. At about 15 minutes in, I’m puffing like Thomas The Tank Engine. Odd, I thought, until I realised that every time you nailed it on a straight, I was peddling like @@@@ to keep up!😳. Numpty. All credit to you tho’ impressive speed and style. I think Piro was a bit hard on you calling you “normal riders”. I’d call myself a normal rider, but I’d be eating your dust. ( Even when I wan’t lapping on a Precor)!

As usual, this is glorious. Looks like it was stupendously good from start to finish. The £1,800 is a bit too much for me to swallow, but I'm pretty sure I am going to book a Silverstone track day. I expect it to be a dramatic step up from only ever having done Knockhill, Pembrey and Llandow.

As they say there are levels in all sports when you think you are good you get humbled by the elite
I experienced that really fast italian racers/coaches tend to talk so little when talking not to thier natives. I do not know if that is because of language or anything else. Michelle is as most Italians a really nice and friendly guy, but the feedback was apart from improve lap by lap not very specific.
Given you 44t guys, and the awesome TT, bike has been dragged out of 3 years garage hibernation for a clean, mot, and get back on.

Watching Al's brake light on track is interesting. I would have expected him to trail brake a bit more but it looks like hes on and off the brakes realy quickly.
