I remember listening to this song on the radio. This group changed the music world and the world in general. Thank You Michael.
Beautiful guitar and everything, but can we talk about that "In My Life" cover? Tremendous.
The mark of a really talented guitarist is playing acoustic. No distortion to hide behind. Love it
Excellent job on "In My Life",you guys rocked that song "Home Sick Blues"
Fantastic performance. Great song Michael. Have a great show on Monday.
In My Life is my favorite The Beatles song. Thank you
TOP 5 FOR SURE
This , Is what I was talking about Norman, a little jam session of locals, and others if you can talk them into it, lololol Lemmo did a good job, and guys, this is a hit song, it needs to be on the radio right now, nice, thanks BigAl California.
Whoahhhh…. Man, Lemmo, I never knew! You sounded great!! Really surprised me with your voice.
Spectacular performance guys.
That things a mutant...round shouldered, country and western, cutaway...sounds great!
Michael, you sing and write at another level.
Lemmo's instrumental version of In My Life is stunningly beautiful!
It's been some time since I've heard Lemmo sing, so it's good to hear him again. I really like that song. It has a nice feel to it.
holly molly!! that song belongs on the radio so everyone can hear it!!! wow!!!
Original tune (5:45) blows me away! So much talent - sounds so heavenly 😊
That’s a damn good song. Watch out for Lemmo. Dude is legit
You guys sounded awesome! Definitely a nostalgia vibe
😎 Thanks Jen, Mike ⚓️ Happy Holidays 🍀
Excellent, being 41 years we lost lennon. How fitting! 12-8-80.
Wasn't lost on me either. Shit, 41 years? I was 19, living in Tucson, and met my best friends in El Con Mall to talk about it. I'd spent the previous 7 years, laying on my parents living room floor at night, listening over and over to the Beatles Catalog on my Dad's Sony stereo system through Koss headphones. Over and over. Every nuance picked up on vinyl.
I was about 18 months moved out from the folks, and living with a room mate, when we heard the news.
Double Fantasy had been released a few months prior. It was like a shot in the gut.
Not sure why I'm explaining this to the interweb world, but Thomas Dempsey, your comment brought so much back.
@@mcmdrpiffle447 i was 13 here in nyc just got back from school 7th grade put the tv on and the news rolled in...I WAS BLOWN AWAY
@@sooparticular Yeah Brother, I guess I'm like 8 years older than you! I was working my first 'real job' , where we were all sitting around watching I think Monday Night Football. Howard Cosell and Frank were hosting, ABC Monday night football.
Patriots and the Dolphins I think, but could be mistaken.
Frank Gifford interrupts Howard during his monologue and says in the background, "Howard, you need to let the audience know what we've just heard from ABC headquarters, or something like that.
Howard Cosell brilliantly pauses his monologue, and states: We've just heard breaking news, Devasting News, John Lennon, probably the most popular member of the Beatles, was just shot twice in the back outside his Central Manhattan Apartment.
He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. John Lennon, dead at 40 years old. What a tragedy.
Or something very close to that.
Having been a fan since they were still together at 9 years old, I felt like I'd been hit with a brick. Hard to describe, but like so many of that time, I owned all the albums and grew up listening on a Sony Stereo, with headphones, at night, laying on my back on the living room floor, after the parents had gone to bed. Listening for a couple of hours night after night, until I fell asleep, then woke a couple of hours later. Their music imprinted on my young brain.
Whew! I was actually numb for a few days. Like a dear friend was wretched away. Never met or saw any of them till much later, but it was profound in my world.
TMI, I'm sure, but felt so good just now to finally share that!
Love to you Brother
Nice guitar and an Awesome demo 👌
Loving the
2:55 Beatles and the Hummingbird, nice singing voice too...
That was great!🙏🐬💜 Norm will be proud 🎸☮️👍
Id love to see more of this! That was so fun
Great song Lemmo. Good luck on Monday. You Rock!
Excellent! Had to watch it 4x. The guitar sounds awesome too!
Love the original tune!
Fantastic!!!!!!!!
Cool, just great!
Very nice guitar and nice to hear Lemmo sing.
Wow that was excellent! 🤙
That was very cool, lads. Great voice Michael. And one of my all time favorites, In my life 👍🏻
Great playing Lemmo and friends, and a very nice song and vocals…
Great song. Thank you.
F’n awesome 😎!
Sign em up 👍✌🎸🎯💯
OUTSTANDING 👍
Beautiful job
Lemmo is an amazing talent
Way to go Lemmo and friends!
Home sick blues has a real Cure vibe. Great song and demo.
How has this guy not blown up
Beautiful
Great job Mike!
Oh yeah, forgot to add... Michael reminds me of Bob Seger, late 70's with his voice and tonal inflections. That's a compliment in case there are any Seger haters out there!
Hey first to say thank you for the content love you guys
Sounds So Good
NIce song! Nice voice, too.
Knocking On Heavens Door vibe…well ✅ done
I thought I'd heared it before, knocking on heaven's door....
Awesome lemmo you need to come to South Georgia some times you are great 👐👐👐
Wow this is good
wow i want the words to Home Sick Blues
California just bleeds through this dude
Rly good guys
Yesssssss!!!!
Damn Michael Lemmo ! Your Voice is Fantastic! The quasi country/blues/Americana is a Fantastic venue for your range.
I really enjoyed this, a lot. I'm aware I can be quite critical when I'm hearing Jazz School scales and chord progressions that you sometimes label as original songs, but this one really shines.
Listened a few times now and I'd buy it when available. Home Sick Blues? Is that the actual title?
Lemmo is gonna pack his bags!
Nice job.
You guys sounded like David Bowie meets Alice in chains! Excellent job!!
Very nice, the song reminds me of Knocking on Heaven’s Door.
Norm should do more with the "In House Crew". As always Lemmo is awesome. The Hummingbird has clean sound
Your singing is a great
Very very nice.✌🏻
I like that little raspy thing, it works 👍🏻
Nice voice Mike 👍🏻🌹
♥️
Very Springsteen-ish vibe, I dig it.
Nice
We the boy can sing awesome too! Nice
Mike Lemmo your singing is much better on the Bob Dylan tunes like the one you just did it sounded like a Bob Dylan tune remastered by a better singer. Sorry Bob Dylan but Mike Lemmo the Guitar Man is stealing your show! Wow wow that’s crazy Kool!
Jen, Michael video, PLEASE !
🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
Getting "Bittersweet" vibes from Big Head Tod on the second song 🤙😎
What are those 2 pearl dots on the Gibson bridge? The B25's had those dots which covered the nuts and bolts and killed the sound.
Either way Lemo and friends sounded good.
What guitars were they playing? If they're for sale it would be nice to mention them.
Either way, keep rocking in today's not so free world.
Norm is away buying another 50 guitars. Keep 'em coming.
I’ve never played a Gibson acoustic that sounded good. But that’s technically because all of the expensive Gibson acoustics were locked behind glass and the ones on the floor were the cheapest bottom of the barrel guitars Gibson has ever made. It’s also why it took decades for me to finally pick up a les Paul that sounded and played good. Every single les Paul I ever played felt like garbage until I tried custom shop stuff. That’s really sad because fender does not have the same problem. Every fender, even cheaper fenders that I have played felt great. I will admit however that even though the Gibson felt like garbage, it sounded wonderful.
Lemmo setting the place on FIRE!!!
What was the foot peddle you stomp on before u sang Homesick Blues? Also the little amp u used for your voice sounded good what is the name of it?
Would love to hear LAC on guitar of the day!
THE AVANT GARAGE BLUE SOUNDS OF
MICHAEL LEMMO & THE FELLAS
CASE IS LIKE A 1972 GIBSON CASE
HAVE A GOOD GIG MICHAEL 🎵
CARLOS GUITARLOS 90042 USA
You kiddin me ... this was terrific! You boys can do this any time. Great job!
Pretty sure the AG Gibson's have Richlite fingerboard & bridge. Still sounds awesome!
What was that first song lemmo did in key of a ? Very nice
Is your concert on the 13th being streamed?
Lemmo what’s the best neck for a big hand person
Nice. Should gave given a shoutout to Papa Nez RIP!
Lemmo,
What you want is chorus on your voice...not a cathedral's worth of reverb. Listen to Soundsystem by 311. Chorus on the vox. Chorus.
What in the Mark Agnesi is going on with that jacket??
Did I just hear "Knocking on Heaven's Door" ??
Paul McCartney likes this!
first song was The BEATLES !
Lemme sounds like Ryan Adams I've come to realize.
Pls do a cover of Angie
I think the Gibson passed it's audition. Great fun.
Keep it up Lemmo! May not be vintage but it works! Awesome job! However! Gotta do a Maton!
Song based on a Knocking on the heavens door.
Michael you said it was a "Hummingbird" Where's The "Hummingbird" at ?
Knocking on heavens door??
One and eleven sixteenths nut width. Musicians understand sixteenths, right? Sheesh!☘️
Love ya Lemmo but Gibson Martin Gibson Martin Gibson Martin...... really.
Mike.. great song.. seriously.. but the strat was on the wrong tone... Didn't support... Fix that.. it's a hit..
I have to say where is the Hummingbird? don't matter how good or bad it is ,no Hummingbird equals no Hummingbird.
Do a Gibson with that stupid port in the side...
Very generic sound I wouldn't pay to watch lol
