Any A/c system home or car..if the filter is too dirty clogged up the evap coil.freezes up due to lack of air flow spreading out the freon..so it stays stuck to the coil.and goes nowhere so it starts freezing up and making your compressor working hard in high pressure busting up seals and gaskets .the higher the temperature the higher the pressure the lower the temperature the lower the pressure
I think this is what I have. Will the air eventually stop blowing from this.? My air flow stopped but right before it the air flow was really weak. What happens when it stop?
When this dirty it makes your head pressure rise instead of being 200psi its making the compressor work at 300-400psi which is overworking it potentially killing it or busting the high pressure lines/hoses
This filter needs to be changed every 2-3 months.

When this is dirty depending how old the car is ..if its never been changed this being clogged pretty much could damage your a/c components

You're probably out of freon gas
