For me it would be better to have the circles in CHaSeD order (Clubs Hearts Spades Diamonds), because I'm so used to it (and others maybe too) 😉 I will back the project - cards looks fine and marking system too + having marked Stripper deck would be also great - I hope border version will be produced :) You did amazing work! 😉👍
I stopped the video and spotted the marks. I figured the darker circle was the suit, so I got the suits right. Then I noticed the small triangle, but I thought one card was a 5 and the other a 7 because I was counting from the edge of the card and not in a circle. Great system! Does it pass the "going to the movies" test?

It is visible , I find it out, On the red card the 3rd hehexgon from the first top horizintal line has a dim circle,, it may give us the suit.Let me try to find the value now. Altough it was tough to guess the value, Now i learned it from you.
Are you going to make some without the marks for people who want to use them for poker etc.? Would be unfair robbing all your friends in a poker game haha
I think this works much better for card tricks, because the cards are much closer to you. In a Poker game the card is further away. Plus some players might have the cards in their hands in a fan like position, blocking some parts of the cards. Or they have them all pushed together on the table allowing only the top card to be seen. And they get dealt way to quickly to the players to read them at the start. So I think your friends are pretty safe when you play Poker with them. Plus if they are your cards, you can always choose not to cheat to begin with.
Nice idea. I found it after trying to find 3D-type of system. Then I noticed that those areas looked blurry. I also would like to see this as CHaSeD because it is so familiar to many magicians. These just should have first published as standard backs and when people were used to those, do this marking system. Now you immediately know that marked deck is used. Perhaps revealing the system was not a good idea. Bicycle cards are so common that you don’t first think that somebody uses marked cards and that os a big advantage.
4:09 I'll admit I wasn't able to find actual marks after 20 seconds of close scrutiny BUT, I *can* say that my very first thought upon seeing the back design was, "that's probably a marked deck." It's exactly the kind of pattern one would EXPECT to be marked, so even if the marks themselves aren't easily detected, the suspicion is there immediately nonetheless. I'd almost rather have a reader whose marks are easy to find on a back design that didn't immediately raise suspicion as to the nature of the deck being marked. Just something to consider for future projects. I'm curious to see whether these met their goal and were produced 5 years ago. I'll be checking.

If you use "Magic Eye Illusion" technique to overlap adjacent pattern, you will see the floating spot that identifies the marking. I found out when asked to pause the video and find the marks on the card. Where the large and small pattern overlap it forms a floating point in 3-D (Magic Eye Illusion Technique). You have to move your eyes around with the Magic Eye Illusion to find the floating point. But the Marking is ingenious. Excellent design.
I looked right at that spot that identifies the value right after being shown how to identify the suit..saw the exact spot that was different that Mark's the value when first explained..trying to see if I could find how to tell the value..after being told where to look even..and it still did not register in my brain even though I noticed the difference pretty much immediately after being told where to look...pretty sneaky...there are so many things to compare it just makes it mind numbingly hard to even want to try

Great marking system. Backed on Kickstarter, I hope this one makes it. Backed the first one and was disappointed that it didn't. If you don't make the stretch goal for bordered decks, hopefully you will run a separate campaign at some point in the future.

Great Texture and Design of the cards are Hypnotising! I would purchase it for sure! I had a suggestion- I loved the idea of loading these cards with a double backer and a double front i.e. queen of spades and the nine of diamonds excellent combination but, talking about the jokers, don’t you think 2 identical joker if provided will equip these cards to the apex as many tricks can be done with identical cards and if those jokers are the one, believe me these are the best cards available in the market for a leman or for a magician. Apart form that as I mentioned, cards are amazing brother, keep up the good work! I was really worried when your channel suddenly stopped uploading videos because your tutorials are great and your explanation makes it easy to perform! All the best brother! what if someone flips the card upside down, how do i know if i need to watch the upper or the lower line? there could be a problem if someone drops the deck and the card get all flipped upside down randomly...it will mess with my reading system as now i dont't know if the marks are on the top or on the bottom of the card. hope you understan my question.
You say that, out of 20 people to whom you showed these cards, none found the markings. Did you show them the actual cards, or the images on the screen? I was able to find the markings on the large, computer-generated images of the card backs (about 4:15 in the video). It took me maybe 2 minutes to find them. But it might be harder to find the markings on the actual cards themselves. Maybe the glossiness of the actual cards makes it harder to see that the cards are, in fact, marked.
Experience with marked cards goes a long way as well. The pattern told me the mark was a clock of sorts and most marks stay in the corners; save DBs white/black lions. The way he handled the cards was a good indicator of this because it gave him time to "read" the card during the flourish. The bordered cards are a flash as well; the back is shrunk to fit the border which means it would've covered the marks. Good system though. Easy to read like marked bicycle cards, but the pattern does a lot of the heavy lifting. White borders are going to make the deck go from a C to an A.
But once these will get more popular people will realise that you can read them, and won't be impressed by tricks :/ good for friends and family though

first of all your money is not charged until the goal of 12000 is reached, if the goal is not reached you will not be charged. if the goal is reached then at the end of the campaign we will send out a survey, and you will be able to choose which color you want. thank you for your support

I think you should put your respond to his concern in the information section of this video. You have an excellent tutorial channel and your Piramida cards are beautiful. I bought 2 of them. I hope you are able to reach your goal because I really want to get these cards. However, I do like them with borders. Borderless cards just look too different...for me. Good Luck!

I can't say that more people would like the bordered or borderless decks. I noticed the darker circle on the top of the black card before you revealed where to look, but not anything else even though I suspected a similar system for identifying the rank.
If you ran the system down the left side of the card, you could read them on a poker hand, your system is great but it would only work viewing the other player's bottom card while holding them.
The way to spot marked cards is to flip the deck like a flip book, looking at the back. If you see anything moving, the cards are marked. This fails that test.
Who are those 20 people? Did you tell them the cards were marked? How long did they look at the backs of the cards for? I ask because I saw the markings in a matter of seconds, and they looked very apparent to me, so I find it kinda hard to believe 20 people couldn't see them.

One of the circles is slightly off-color. Since there are 4 circles in a row, I guess that one is used to denominate the suit of the card. Didn't spot any additional markings, though. Edit: spotted the triangle in the zoomed in view. What a genius way to mark cards.

no way! I've tried a lot of marked cards, none of them passed test. You can always spot "moving parts" on back of the deck.

I was able to find the mark when you asked to pause, using CrossView to spot differences. If I only had one card though, I wouldn't have found it ;)
