How Is your car doing with rock chips down the side? I have a 2017 roush stage3 with about the same stance as yours and I'm worried and don't want to put rock guards because I don't like the way they look...

The stock exhaust sounds so good on the Mach 1's.
This looks a lot easier than the corsa extreme install. Probably doing this for my mach1 or just the x pipe. Was it hard putting the actuator spring back in?

That factory exhaust looks free flowing already. A lot of money just for exhaust… I had attaks on mine but sold them and now I just have dumps so the turbos have no restriction

Why didn’t you just spend the extra money on a nice electric cut out set up?
@@petrolhead8851 save weight and restriction. On a s550 I built as soon as we removed the exhaust from the x pipe back on the same boost it made 50hp more.
Also on a turbo car you’ll start to get valve float from the exhaust restriction
@@BoostedMarcelo you would probably still see those 50hp with an electric cut out because you can mount them right after your headers but you’ll also have yourself a sleeper when the cut outs are closed…and about the weight, it’s not enough for you to feel a bit of difference

I look forward to an in car review with the Borla Atak. Mine with headers is loud in the cabin even in quiet mode.
same I have no cats on mines with longtubes lol but no active exhaust at cold starts and full throttle im waking the dead
I’m seeing a ton of people liking these at first then ditching them because of how loud they get after a few hundred miles.
They don't sound bad at all. I like ATAKs better on a S550 than a Terminator for sure.
I like the deep sound at idle and mild revs but up high I don't like that rasp! is there an H-Pipe in this system?
Looks like a double helix x-pipe, so yeah rasp is gonna happen. H-pipe is usually more base heavy. 7:16

How does this fit? All the websites claim it doesn't fit a Mach 1. As you know the tips curve down on the factory mufflers. We have a 23 in same color. The factory setup is weak, no volume. Had a Borla Atak catback on our 2019 GT we traded in for the 23 Mach 1.
It fits perfect. Buy the Mach 1 connection clamps and you’re good.

Hey MAN, i have a 2000 mustang gt 4.6L, I got a bbk cold air intake and a 73mm throttle body , and I also just purchased an SCT X4 tuner , I wanted to know should I just load a preloaded 93 OCTANE tune from the device or should i get a custom tune since i have the CAI and 73mm TB? Let me know if it will be more rewarding if i get a tune concentrated on my mods will it be more worth it? Thankyou!
Preset 2v tunes are ass. I'd personally have the car tuned by a professional to match your mods, if you want the best performance
I hate to break it to you man and I’m not trying to be a prick but maybe you should save your money and invest in a different car because no matter what you do to that car it’s going to be slow

@@jasonlavoie1465 if you want a deeper tone, AWE touring Catback. If you want rasp, Corsa Sport. Both of these maintain good sound with headers and aren’t deafeningly loud

The Mach1 does come with a suitcase. The owner had it swapped out with an H pipe on this video.
