Honestly I don't think it is AI, unless it's an AI image that's been edited afterwards. It has too many details that AI simply wouldn't get right, like a perfect Kingdom logo on the side of the building and an exact copy of a radiant box. I think it just looks like AI because it's a low quality concept peice
