the problem with all of these tierlists is that the creator never puts in the sound effects. the sound effects are like 95% of the reason why ppl use the skins they use (except for knives of course)
yeah feels like the creator makes the lists assuming the watcher knows each of the skins already and the animations and sounds which are what make some people like a specific skin 😂

THE THING that makes the good skins good, are the sound effects, and the reload animations. The final kill animations are also a cherry on top. It would be much better if you react to a tier list / showcase that include these features ohne :))
edit: also there's many green skins, cause a lot of the skins have 4 variates to choose from. the default variant can be shit but once you change it to a different variant it's goated

honestly i hope ohne revisits the valorant skins with a better ranking video. the sounds, variants and kill effects on these guns are what makes them worth the price. for instance, his NUMBER ONE spot is most likely only there because the inspect is insane, but he doesnt even show it, nor does he show the 3 variants it has, or the kill animation it gives.
but the inspect is also kinda stupid, if eel like he reates them in big part based on hwo 'different'f rom regular ones

Someone probably already hammered this point many times already but let me reiterate it.
"Valorant Skins isn't just the looks. There's also the sfx, the inspect, the reload, the equip, the finisher and the color variations to consider."
I myself don't like the color variations of a certain Vandal skin called Prime but god do I love everything else of that gun. It feels really good to use because of the sfx.

Other than that some of the skins does have a better feel to it like the current wukong vandal, because of its sound effects it makes me feel like the vandal itself have lesser recoil.

Sentinels of Light is easily a top 5 operator. The closest you’ll get to shooting a heavy rail gun and it’s variations are excellent.

Cryo OP is criminally underrated here. I rock that one and Glitchpop. It kills me how high the Forsaken line is always rated, when it's so painfully mid.
Sleeping on elder flame the variants and sound effects with the reload animation makes it my fav imo

Origin is good, but the youtuber didn't highlight the best thing about it which is the inspect and sound effect.
Hot take: most of valorant skins are better than the best CS skins. I think its not worth comparing the two games skins because cs skins are so overhyped, and not that good.

The problem with these tier lists is not only that he doesn't include sounds, but that he ranks it in a valorant-only audience. And players that only played valo a LOT. He doesn't include sounds, makes everything so erratic, shows all the skins only by a little bit, not by what they are, and just over all misses so many things. Im cringing so hard watching him choose this guy for tier lists...

A few of my friends that switched over from val to CS told me they regretted spending so much on Val skins considering they couldn't sell them for cs skins after switching
I'm lucky enough to never have been interested in val to begin with- but if you are that's fine just don't fall under the impression that valorant skins are necessarily "cheaper" than cs skins, since the entire concept of "owning a skin" differs completely between the two games.

Not comparable, in valorant you can’t sell skins so you’re basically buying something that has 0 value; in csgo you can always sell and trade the skins you buy so it’s not just money evaporating into the air
the best skins in csgo and valorant are the default ones, the only exception i make is having knife skins, such as default M9, css knife default.
AWP is a Lapua - legendary like legendary gun one of the best snipers made
