@@saanskii8039 they're sooooo bad it's like if I made a map and just threw some random shit everywhere and the buy phase barrier is so close to sites that the round starts and you're taking duels immediately. On CS there's spots in maps with like slight angles and stuff and it's like you know they did it on purpose. A good example is ramp on nuke, the corner towards trophy room is slanted so you can throw a molly from decently far and the angle lets the molly land at the entry
Something that's been bugging me a lot, is that so many CS:GO players completely hate on Valorant just because of their skins system, as if that isn't how virtually every other game works in terms of skins.
As a CS player I actually prefer Valorant's system. I wish I could just make a one time payment of $70 and have a sapphire karambit locked to my account.😂
Val’s system does kinda suck radiant is godawful it should be buy skin get cool animations and sounds and variants with it not buy skin buy animations buy sounds and buy variants i have no radianite becuase i bought a few bundles it sucked my neo frontier odin is still not maxed out and i dont have a good stinger or spectre or bulldog or ares becuase i wouldnt be able to upgrade them heck my frenzy is just hydro dip with the pride buddy
He forgot to mention that to buy your favorite skin for your favourite weapon in valorant, you have to wait so long, that you will propably quit val before you get even an option to buy it
@@some872 bro id rather have chinese gov stalking my crazy clips i have in my pc, than having spinning people in my games Ur argument that cheats can act on kernel level as well is true, but where cheaters in valorant then? As a closing argument ill use ur mom is a security risk as well and no one is saying anything.
@@some872 Yeah ofc they are cheaters, but i never encountered one. The amount of spinboters on valorant is 0, in csgo we going into thousands or even more. As my closing argument I would like to say that you are a fucking G, and I'll message gaben myself to give you better case drops because you deserve it. Thank you for your humour.
Giving anything Kernel level should be concerning regardless if you trust the one giving it to you You might as well let the school bully fuck your girlfriend too.
@@clive0494 You have played against cheaters in valo, you just dont know about it. Valo insta bans blatant/rage cheaters unlike csgo, csgo detects them as well, but instead of banning them they act like nothing and rather put them into low TF pool. I have over 9000 hours in csgo on clean account with good TF standing and havent encountered a blatant cheater in a long long time as well.
I honestly dont play much CS, but lately Ive been watching a lot of movements and map "spots" videos. And everytime I see a video theres ALWAYS a different spot for a different map. Like being able to boost teammates onto boxes (which also exists in val, but literally noone does it and there are almsot no spots for it) or stand on a barely visible ceiling deffinetly makes me giving the maps and movement points to CS. I think the maps when played "normally" are in fact equally as good, but those little details deffinitely makes the CS maps more appeiling for me personally
Not sure if you mean no one uses is in general or in pro play. Because there's a reason for it if you mean the latter. Having your teammate boost you onto a box by pushing up against you in a corner is actually not allowed in pro tournaments. Mostly because it decreases the purpose/value of agent abilities that would otherwise let you do so (Omen/Chamber TP, Jett updraft, Raze satchel). When they play ranked, I see pro players do boosts all the time. It's just they can't in the actual tournaments.
@@Chrosteellium Yeah, I meant in high elo play generally. I´ve honestly never seen boosts whenever I watched high elo VODs or streams, or at least alot less than in CS
Pretty sure majority of the cs players have tried the game when it first got released or have seen people play it. I have 100+ games on it myself, and I still prefer cs. Valorants gameplay is just way too gimmicky
@@py-3366 might be gimmicky but id say the new player experience is much better. Util is easier to use unless you know lineups for cs. When getting a mate of mine to start playing these types of game we got him to start with valo, it honestly is just easier for players to get into. Were slowly trying to move to cs2 but matchmaking has been dogshit since i havent played in years, hes new and another friend was high rank and decayed to gold nova.
@@neodinium7316agreed man, valorant is so much easier to get into as a new player, before cs2 i just could not play cs as the gunplay and economy and gameplay in general just feels so different to any other game. cs2 with a nicer hud and buy menu and stuff is so much easier to get into now
@@sxcculent fr. Cs2 is much easier to pick up compared to csgo. But valorant is still easier to learn. Like bullet tracers are more noticeable in valo. You learn the basics of utility in valo (which are easier to use) It's a good entry into cs2. I started pc fps games with csgo and peaked like silver elite. Stopped playing for a while until valo eventually came out and got to plat on that, going into cs2 now just feels good
@@neodinium7316 i think at beta the new-player experience was much better in val. however now it's become a game of util and it takes much much longer to get a hold of what each character does and what each ability does. I play val on and off and im still learning new stuff, such as skye blind giving an audio queue if she hits it or not.
watching people say cs2 will fix all the issues back 7 months ago is breaking my heart. Just recently swapped to valorant temporarily because of the cheating problems.
if im being completely honest his chat is a perfect example of why i dont play cs to much negativity even when the video is 99% correct bruh give some credit where its due both games are great!
dont mind them they got bored of opening cases so they had to watch a comparison to justify gambling on a game that is far outdated compared to valorant
I completely agree ohne was actually agreeing with the guy on most things and saying check out his channel and his chat was just saying L to every single thing and saying no bc they are so fckn negative and when ohne says he likes something they go W they are huge d riders and I'm not saying this bc I like val more I've never played val I've only every played cs I'm just saying that his chat is toxic
Alright but what about the tactical possibilities in a tactical fps? Valorant has tons of various ways of entering a site with designated agents meant to gain and control space, ultimates that completely shift the way you;re going to defend, hold or take the site and utlil combos for exp Fade bind with Raze grenade that can wipe a most of the team in a perfect scenario. CS has fewer possibilities and it shows in pro play. Even the fact that the bomb can be defused halfway gives room for more action to take place, Valorant is just way more packed with possiblities. I feel like this is what sets the games apart most and it's not mentioned in the video
they have abilities that are almost guaranteed kills which means guns hold no real value and someone who bottom frags won't get to use their ult as often so it's harder to make a comeback. guns are inherently nerfed due to the agents mechanics and it shows. yes, there's more variety on strats but they lack the micro to skew the macro of a strat, while cs is based on decades old executes that can change on a second if a player fails mechanically and loses on micro. to sum it up: cs having a higher mechanical ceiling makes the strats divert in unexpected situations in a matter of seconds while valo lacks that room for improvement while also making it matter less with league skills that aren't fit for an fps game.
@@izumi2165 none of that is true. its also obvious you never played valorant or know much on the game with that statement. Guns are devalued cause abilities exist? my guy, what do you think kills people 90% of the time. abilities are useful because the give way for players to have an advantage in a gun fight before it starts. the skill ceiling is also so much higher in val due to abilities and the endless possibilities. Cs-go has been doing the same thing for years because you can only do so much with how limited the util is. Valorant is much more complicated with a higher skill ceiling while Cs-go stays faithful to realism and simplicity. both for different kinds of players. Its clear your a cs fanboy.
@@zachrencher8529 my guy, first bullet has inaccuracy and it doesn't matter if you have a vandal, you receive any debuff or hit with an ability and your buy goes away, you just lose the fight without having a chance. you have literal walls, dashes and one hit kill abilities, so if you fall behind you don't get your ulti and the enemy does. plus there's no counter strafing and recoil is goofy. and let's not forget about the unlimited amount of wallbangable things. you get spotted by a sova and they can literally kill you behind a wall, and that's the free skill you get each round with him. it doesn't matter how many kills guns get each game because you can't really win with just smokes, flashes and nades in balanced matchmaking. the game is designed so abilities make sense and are useful, and you can't have that while making the game's focus gunplay. you mod anything in cs and some guns just break the game and are no-brainer buys, and that doesn't seem to be an issue in valo. yeah, an awper in valo can peek, kill someone and tp to negate a trade, but outside of that there's not really an op gun like in cs with mods.
I see what you're trying to say, but that doesnt make it more skillful, the game might have more possibilities, but since csgo doesnt have that many things to work with, it means that pro level teams have to scrape the absolute best strategy to maximize their gameplay, that's why the skill ceiling in csgo is higher
Say what you want about valorant, but without it CS2 would still be in alpha stages of development and it may have never even seen daylight Remember competition is good for everyone
defo wouldn't have seen daylight. They wouldn't release CS2 if they didn't have to. The amount of money and capability they have is ridiculous. They could have pumped out CS2 years ago before Valorant, but they will squeeze out every dime and nickel out of CSGO before maximising their returns on the highly demanded CS2. They just can't afford Valorant taking too much of their market share at the moment. Competition is good for consumers. No competition means greedy shits.
not true, valve do things when they want too, cs2 has been in development since source 2 engine came out in 2014/2015ish but valve do things on valve time, they dont care when there game comes out, csgo would have stayed popular anyway even without cs2 or valorant.
"Evenly distributed ranks in matchmaking" While everytime i play ranked in valorant opponents vandal has ascendant, immortal, radiant weapon charm and one taps my team to get 30-40 kill in platinum.
i have about 400 hours in CS (100 coming since CS2 release) and little over 1k in valorant and ill say that playing so much CS lately has improved my Valorant gameplay by like 100000x lol the emphasis on gunfights is so nice and the insane ass recoil has made me control all of valorants weapons much easier. Personally if i wanna have fun ill hop on CS and click some heads or AWP and then if i wanna sweat my heart out ill hop on valo. I do wanna get into Face it just for the experience here soon!
I think that you can't really compare val & cs maps cuz val has specific roles for guarding as sentinel and entery for duelists and initiators, that leads just to different bulst of maps
2k hours in val (been radiant) & almost 9k hours in csgo (3.2k elo on faceit) Gunplay does not come close at all csgo smokes valorant along with movement. I kinda agree with maps cause a lot of cs maps feels very stale & the maps I usually enjoyed such as 2020 vertigo, old cache, train etc just gets removed / changed meanwhile mirage exists.
So, with the release of CS2, gotta say that the whole "ranked system" issue presented has been remedied in CS2. Obviously, for competitive mode, they added map ranks and in Premier, you can see a very specific number and when you're going to promote. The way I see it, one more point to CS.
BTW: CSGO doesn't have proper first shot accuracy. It doesn't necessarily have to land where you are aiming. Worst of all is that it's broken by design. It's not a bug. It's a feature.
nah ascent is passable, the other 4-5 maps are unbearable tho (the last map i played was pearl it was actually decent as well but i played it 0.5 times (mid match permaban)
Surely Riot is a "trusted company" and wasn't acquired by Tencent in 2011 which has a horrendous reputation especially for privacy and collecting excessive amounts of user data.
Riot is absolutely not a trustworthy company. Just look at the missmanagement and the list of huge scandals that got swept under the rug over the last couple of years. Also Riot games got bought by Tencent so Valorant might have good anti cheat, but the data from your PC is sent straight into the depths of some CCP server. That sounds really trustworthy to me
2:50 both games have better maps, but maps have different point valorant have easy maps with close to zero spots where you can peak with only head or hide, while csgo has lots of this kind of spots
if im being honest valorant takes that point. sure from what you maybe see online, it seems as if the community is filled with a bunch of no life cringe tiktokers who say dumb shit. but when you actually play the game, the chances of seeing one is abysmal. there are a lot less racist, sexist people and there is a lot less of people purposefully trying to ruin your game. although i will say csgo's competitive community is 10 times better, the crowds in valorant are the most disappointing thing i have seen (this could be for the short amount of time the games been out for) but in a csgo crowd there is so much more passion in their teams and who they support. but for the casual player, who just wants to get home after work, take some time out of their day to play a game. valorant takes it by a mile without a question. so much less toxicity
@@ojtiv Big agree in regards to the enjoyability for the average player. I'm hoping CS2 brings some new life to the game which may help the community a bit, because as it is the player base drives me away from CS these days. Occasionally my friends and I will go back to CS for fun to play a couple games, and invariably we just get...not sure how else to put it, just absolute weirdos on our teams.
@@ojtiv Gonna be honest, it's really just up to preference, I prefer cs because you can joke around and say shit thats a bit unhinged and dark humor, but thats just me. In valorant on the other hand though, if you say anything even remotely toxic you get instantly banned, toxic or banter regardless of what it is, you get banned which is insane. Also I have like 500 hours on valorant and I can say at least 1/5 games I get 1 weird kid on my team who doesnt shut up that just says "mommy" or some cringe shit
Valorant maps are all like "ok" (some are shit tho, looking at you lotus), but there isnt any map that i feel like it stands out from the others, meanwhile in cs ofc you have classics that have been refined for over 2 decades. What i will give to valorant tho, is that every new map is pretty easy to understand and you can adapt very easily even if you know nothing about it, for example the new map sunset, even though its an ok map, in 1-2 games i played i already knew what was going on, in comparison csgo even though it has some maps like that, most new maps are straight up confusing unless you play a lot, anubis is pretty confusing to me, and ancient a little less but still pretty weird. Maybe its because valorant has way less detail (graphically), but idk. At the end of the day, cs maps are better because you actually have good maps instead of all of them being decent/ok, and i would definitely give the point to cs, but i dont think you can just trash valorant straight up. Though maybe thats just for me and everyone else gets the same level of confunsion with new valorant maps that i get with anubis or something like that.
Agreed. Lots of hit and miss maps but they are playable. Certainly helps that there's no pick bans so people are forced to experience the maps, which in turn gives feedback to the devs to make it better. I personally am okay with Lotus because it's a great Sova map. CS has a concise visibility issue long withstanding. It takes tons of experience to get your eyes acclimated to the maps and corners so you can see the enemies where ever they peek. So when a new map is introduced, on top of needing to train your eyes, you need to know every little smoke, molly, flash area because they're very subtle. In Valorant you can press M and just look at the map and very easily understand what can and can't be done, what can be smoked, where you can flash. You can certainly expand on that with creativity, but the bar is wayyyyyyyyyy lower. Makes it more approachable and leads to more fun as the times of "forced learning & adaptation" is reduced.
is it just me or is sunset just riot trying to add a csgo-esque map into val? only spent 4 games on the map, and every time i'm on it i feel out of place trying to fight on such a tiny map that doesn't feel right. maybe with time it'll iron out (no pun intended), but seeing an asc-immo lobby struggle to find consistency on either side because it's practically just "contest the mains early and win your duels" without deeper strategy on both sides, is kinda funny
The problem of valorant maps more horizontal than vertical. Only split and ancient have elevation that take difference. Then everything is just left and right.
Bro pixel talking about skins in csgo is like watching asmongold talk about transmogs in his competition. I have absolutely no idea what they are saying
I have around 2000 hours and have a cheater every 3 games or so when overwatch got removed from cs, before that I had a cheater every 8 games or so. You're either clueless to the cheaters in your lobby, or you're lying about your hours, or you didn't spend your hours in MM, or you're a very low rank (silver), or you're a statistical anomaly (extremely unlikely).
@@ChromicClaw that’s true. I have not spent many of my hours in mm, I’m level 7 on face it. And play mm with my brother and cousin who are like gn3 on mm. Even when I used to play with a cheater myself 4 years ago without knowing, I don’t think my trust factor is that bad and I’m occasionally the one called out for cheating when playing in the lower ranks with them
I’m reading the comments right now, and it’s just so tame… I just watched a video recently from “Ohne” a cs streamer and my god, the comments and live chat are nothing but people shitting on Valo… on the other hand, look at the comments here where people wants cs to improve instead of shitting on it. I guess that’s why I’m just so comfortable with this game, the community is just really nice.
Valorant is the only game where I can simulate talking to females. I'll give you guys that, Now I'm going back to solo que Dust 2 and call some European dude the n word multiple times.
Been playing Counter Strike since source came out. I love CS, and I really enjoyed valorant. Its a different game, strengths and weakness's... but the maps on valorant make me hate it
idk man, valorant feels like you get stunned supressed silenced flashed and exploded every step you take. cs has a similar issue with the flashes but its much worse on valorant, + you need somewhat of a game knowledge to pull good flashes or smokes on cs
You can't even call CS2 skins well skins they are wraps bruh in valo your vandal can make a black hole as the end kill effect but in CS You get a tiger on your AK like its not even a challenge for valorant
Ive never played val or cs, but id completely agree, although buying val skins are horrible, the skins are so much higher quality, and you dont have to rely on a random chance for a lucky pattern.
@coolhguy YOU GET IT THE VAL SKINS ARE CHEPER AND BETTER THE ONLY BAD THING IS YOU CANT SELL I WOULD TAKE A BLACK HOLE GUN THATS 30 BUCKS AND NOT A 100 BUCK AK THAT HAS A TIGER ON IT
i really dont think that skins should be compared as the skins in cs are closer to camos from cod then anything and at the end of the day its preference when we are talking about the skins themselves there are no pros or cons you can say u can sell the skins or that the skins have wear ratings that that doesn't make the skins themselves better
Just try both games for yourself. Nobody’s life gets better from shitting on either of the games, but by doing so you might discourage someone, who might like one of them, from trying it
8:30 Valorant Skins are quality wise way better. The economy part and custamization of CS is pretty cool tho and that you can always sell your skins if you need too, but still quality is probably the most important factor so I think both should get a point. and also saying there is no discussion is crazy
6:38 I'm past the point of caring about kernel level at this point. Tried out valorant and the next day my pc ran like shit. I'm talking like 10 fps on my desktop before anything was even open. Went through the process of deleting the thing newest to my pc (Valorant and the AC) and boom it was instantly fixed and my pc was back to a runnable state. I know this isn't a thing everyone gets obviously, but it sucked not being able to even use my PC because of the way valorant has their AC set up.
As someone who has been playing CSGO (now cs2) as well as Valorant since release for both games my main criticism of CS is the matchmaking. The anti-cheat simply isnt good enough, the ranked system was awful, there was no overtime, and it was too easy to hold games hostage (lack of penalties for AFKing/DCing, soft griefing, surrendering being dependent on abandons). CS2 has remedied some of those issues, but in my opinion it is still not administered as well as valorant does. On the other hand, I have two criticisms with valorant. The first is its "precise gunplay". Run and gun and shotguns are too heavily rewarded, and there is too much randomness when shooting/spraying. Additionally, some abilities/agents are so strong that they remove the need to actually aim well. The second is not only related to valorant, but lots of multiplayer games, and its the addition of roles. Because only certain agents have flashes/smokes/nades, you become reliant on your team to use their utility to do well. For example, if I am playing a duelist, I can entry, but I need my controller to smoke, my initiator to flash/gather information and my sentinel to watch flank, and if one of them isn't doing it I can't just change roles to address the issues. Whereas in CSGO you have the exact same access to utility as everybody else on your team, and if a particular person is struggling its very easy to adapt to help them out.
i don't play much valorant but i have much more hours in it than cs:go. the first time i played cs:go i encountered countless cheaters because i didn't buy the thing to get me into non-cheater infested lobbies. cs:go's community is also much more toxic from what i've experienced, for example, i lost a clutch on one of my first games played so my team just kicked me. cs:go's movement is also much more floaty which was weird to me because when i stop pressing my key i expect to stop completely like in most other games. while i'm sure that mastery in cs:go movement makes it much more satisfying than valorant, it's simply seen as an impossible hill to climb for most new players, and that applies to many other cs mechanics as well like smoke lineups. valorant is overall a more simple game, so it's much more rewarding for newer players like me who don't want to sink thousands of hours into a game to be confident in your own skill.
@@waltuh6984 ok cs:go glazer. what's ur point? if 1000h is fairly new, that means people who played 1000h aren't at the top of the skill range right. so why would i even wanna try to get to that while going through cheaters and toxicity and extreme difficulty. if 1000h is fairly new, then 100 hours is super extremely new, so idk what ur trying to say. if ur saying that i could be good in 100 hours then ur just dumb i'm sorry. the only people who can be good at cs:go in 100h without ever touching it before are crazy aimers who have played games all their life and top rank valorant players. my point is that i don't wanna sink in all that time just to be able to feel like i'm in the top 20% of players. i play rainbow six siege and it took me about 2,500 hours to be a diamond player, so i do have a gauge of how much time it takes to get good at a complex game. granted siege has much more complexities and things to learn, but still.
@@conjon4918 i’m just saying that’s how long it’ll take for there mechanics to feel good and not foreign. in my experience there aren’t that many cheaters and if you find then they get kicked by thier team and banned somewhat soon. who cares if you’re in the top x% of players after you have the mechanics good you can still have a great time. if you do wanna play competitively or without any cheaters faceit is always there giving you that option
as csgo global with 5k hours and 15 years of 1.6 experience and relatively new to valorant, I feel the only thing much better in cs objectively are maps. Valorants maps have a billion angles making many interactions much more random, paired with lower movement speed it shifts the dynamics a lot. other than that the only objective thing is that valorant skins are better but robbery and so cs skins are better because of the economy.
I really hope CS2 comes out officially and is a big hit. Get a big slap on Riot's ass to polish and improve VALORANT. I enjoy both games equally and so do my friends, we switch between both depending on the mood. Also reduce the price of both CSGO's prime status (handing over a week's worth of food money hurt) and VALORANT skins, or at least have them be full upgraded on purchase for some regions.
@@jdv_vv They're 10-15 if bought individually, and I can really only get one every 5-6 months. I did buy prime, but like i said I had to pay a week's worth of food money to get it. I just wish that prime was priced according to region, since SEA (where i am)is a fair bit poorer than other places.
@@theepiccrimson5335It was, but regional pricing didn’t exactly help with the cheating issue. Got banned? Make a new Turkish, Argentinian or Brazilian steam account and get prime for less than 3$. Not from those regions? Buy the account from someone that is
CS2 skins should only drop from normal cases, not specialty limited cases (rare souvenir versions are fine tho). this way they never get so rare to be worth more than $500 tops. also they should all be factory new, with the user given a wear slider they can change on their own at any time just for looks. the way it works now only benefits collectors and gambling addicts, not people that actually want to use skins in game.
Interesting Video, I'm getting 36yo this week and CS was always my true love when it came to gaming. Started playing CS in 1999, good old internet cafe days in germany when CS was still a mod of HL1, when did it became 1.6 again? in 2000 or 2001, good memories, best game i loved 1.6. How ever i didn't play source didn't like it that much, after a LoL break i came back to CS with CSGO, fk LoL! CSGO was fun but MM is a horrible experience, Ive only 400Wins in MM and mostly only went there to get me my global back after longer time not playing on MM. Faceit grind like every one who takes the game even slightly serious and i get what he meant by 'when youre global people will ask, "ok but what faceit level are you", the typical Global when i played was around lvl 6-7 and that's ok, still far from lvl 10 right, at least anti cheat and 128tick and support ect. right. After i was out because of health issues for almost 2 years, i didn't want to go back to CSGO i knew with all the issues and missed time and so on i never would make it back to the level i was and i don't like playing MM, so i started playing Valorant, yep. Long story short, took me a few months to get into Ascendant and the Rank system is not as great as mentioned in the video! Its pissing me off, its sometime bs AF, with that hidden MMR and smurfs and the game has cheater, its just not as many as in CSGO and less noticeable, how ever, it feels like they wont be detected when you feel like some one is cheating. Ive even found people when they gave me their Vod and i was like, dude, what... time laps, bruh you're using an aim assist i can spot that you little mf! Or a classic with the MMR that happened to me, my main acc got into the smurf lobby every time, because i bring my CS skills into the game, Win a game with 34/10 K/D against people with same or even higher rank as your self, see you in your next matches with toddlers who are to stupid to get a square into the right pass form on your team and 4 of five opponent players being smurfs from hell, get bashed down to fkn Diamond like the Rito wh*re youre, super fun, great Rank system. None the less, i kept playing the game and I kinda like it, even bought some skins... and some more... ok may be i spent around 600€ but lets not talk about that. My actual point is, both games have their appeal and i Like the video, buuuut ill test out CSGO 2 and Im super excited, if they manage to fix the fkn cheater problems, fk Valorant! I knew, when Valorant came, this might be the competition stagnating CS needs to make them start improving CS, hopefully that's it.
Tbh it's more just the cs community hating the valorant community, I never really see valorant players complaining about cs the same way it is the other way around
to me, valorant is streamlined so much so that the flavor you get comes from trying out different agent compositions and the like. CS the flavor comes from the constant improvement. So in the end it ends up being a pick between "do i wanna be rewarded for independent skill, or do i wanna be rewarded for playing around my teammates."
what can you improve at in cs that isn't also something you train in val besides bhopping and counter strafing which are very much source engine mechanics
@@duduzasso3596 sure they are, doesn’t make the game harder tho, in val both teams have that advantage of simpler weapons, just creates a different variation on the same improvement
@@duduzasso3596 If they had just not implemented the TFT2 / Overwatch 2 style of implementing potentially hundreds of characters thus hundreds of skins to sell, it would have a longer lifespan. This is just IMO I'm not anti-fun if you're having fun, it's just a bit of a missed opportunity, twitch views of Valorant is going down if not dying.
@@MangaGamified nah the selling point of valorant is the different agents. also wdym by 'thus hundreds of skins to sell', the characters themselves dont have skins just the guns
so, only slight problem with his "one cheater" is thats just the only one that got banned mid match, theres a decent possibility that there were other closet cheaters that likely got banned after the match (still a W compared to cs)
And don’t forget no replay system so no way of even checking out the enemies POV afterwards like in csgo, that way you could always chalk it up to skill diff unless they are super blatant.
that's also true, valorant needs a replay system so badly, so you can see if their cheating, along with being able to review your games without losing out on frames (also being able to see all pov's helps), as well as seeing stuff like lineups could help you know where enemies might be if their using said lineups.@@kevinmalk
no theres no possibility. if you report a cheater, and they get banned, you WILL get a notification of them being banned, even if the match has finished.
its pretty easy to get level 10, people below 3k-3.5k elo are pretty bad at the game. he either was really good at cs and played esea mainly (he sounds american and esea was the main platform there for years) then switched to faceit when NA switched to faceit or he had an old acc that he abandoned and made a new account. the first scenario is probs what happened and you can commonly find lvl 10s with low matches in NA due to ESEA being the old main platform for pugs.
the only thing valorant deserves points for is the ranking system. as somone who has spend ~200h on valorant and reached d3 back when there were only 1 immortal and 1 radiant rank, i can say with certainty that valorant movement is easier, aiming is easier, everyone moves slowly, abilities allow you to play poorly and get away with it, and overall the abilities boost your performance a lot. at the time i was hardstuck in lem, and i climbed to diamond in valorant without much trying while forcing every single round and playing 1 tap only (deagle ak and guardian). cs is a much more complex game, and has both a higher skill floor and ceiling. then when it comes to cosmetics and maps, cs clears easily, especially with the release of cs2. also what does he mean riot is a well trusted company, they are literally owned by tencent lmao
Doesn't touch on the utility at all tho. Also while I agree that csgo has the much better movement, I feel like he should have touched on valorant's movement abilities more in that section because those have their own semi unique skills like raze's satchel and maybe neon.
I play Valorant 1000x times more than I play CS, and god from the limited time I have in CS, the gunplay and map design is so much better. Tbh, I would easily switch to CS if I didn't want to sink hours into learning CS and rather just stick with the familiarity of Valorant.
if ur gonna play cs ever you should definitely get other friends preferable at least 2 other friends with you, its never a good idea trying new things by yourself, your just asking to get frustrated.
The skin thing has its ups and downs. At least in Valorant you don't have to worry about "Is my skin going to go up or down in value?", and can have peace of mind. Also, you can get the skin you want for a set price. However in CS, the skin you want can be hundreds of thousands of dollars, which is bullshit. Also In cs, aside from getting the skin from the market you can also gamble, and that shit is also bs. You pay hundreds of dollars just to get dogshit battle scarred blues from every case and the devs have no shame in it. The price you pay every time you open a case can also be influenced by how much supply and demand there are, and that shit is bs just to get a dogshit battle scarred blue out of it. Oh yeah, there are patterns and how used the skin is, which is again bs. Like "Thank god I opened the skin I wanted after my 1000th try and I only wasted 20k dollars in the process. Oh wait, it is fucking battle scarred so it looks like shit. I can't even see the skin. Oh wait it has the worst pattern too", and Gaben be like "Unlucky ig better luck next time" while showing down two big macs down his throat and scratching his ass and also sniffing shit. But I guess different patterns and how used the skin is offers variety, also some Val skins look absolutely ridiculous. CS has ridiculous skins too but Val's are something else man.
Skins in cs are shit because their cost is regulated by market and demand? You're a real idiot to call this system shit because you can't afford something, why don't you call real life shit if you can't afford something? Thanks for making me laugh so hard.
the gambling part, any real cs player know that if you want a skin you buy it on the market, not try to open it from case and no real fan care if your skin will go up or down in price the same way as valorant player dont care that they skin they bought is not tradable
I prefer valorant over CSGO because of the diferent agents and abilities and the maps I just think it is more fun and less repetitive, also Valorant graphics look more appealing to me because CSGO graphics look a bit generic
Valorant maps are not as good, and not being able to pick killed the game for me early. I remember one night me and my friends got the worst map 3 times in a row. And then next day same thing happened. There was no going back after that.
It's good for a competitive environment, shit for a casual environment. It makes it so that all players play all the maps so that there is a level of fairness in all angles. Devs get consistent feedback, players get consistent experience, elevating quality across the board. In contrast to CS which has 2-3 maps with low queue times and others with 10min+. People will pick the maps they want and neglect every other map, thereby making the measure of skill difficult to measure for a player. You may only be good on Dust 2, but does that make you a good player argument. Valorant went whole ass into balance in that case, and for the health of several features in the game, it's a good one. Otherwise everyone would be playing Ascent. But in Premier mode I heard there's pick bans for maps.
@@RaeneYT Not sure why valorant doesn't just do picks and bans for their maps aswell. This removes the issue of people getting frustrated by having to play maps they dislike by getting the chance to ban them. In cs2 you also get to see the win rate of your opponents on each map meaning you might deliberately choose to play a map you don't like as much due to your opponents being bad on that map. I think all 5v5 fps comp games should have a picks/bans phase for maps, I'm glad cs2 went that direction tbh
@@Toki829as mentioned in the video. Some agents are op on some maps. So if you onetrick that agent and only play that map you could get top 1% with top 15% skills just because you are maining an agent
Wait the movement one is so untrue i think it goes to both with how agents like neon or raze move or the ability to skill jump certain boxes or ledges and areas. Theres so much more to movement that people that dont do reaserch wont kno. I do agree base movement in valorant is not comparable to cs but if you combine abilities and certain actions that u can do with them I think the movement is way beyond what u can do in csgo
I agree, movement in valorant is easier to do and more beginner friendly. Instead in CSGO you'd spend hours just learning how to bhop correctly and strafe jump for certain boost and all that mechanical and overtly difficult techs.
bruh there ain't no way valorant has maps anywhere near the quality of CS. every map in valorant is beyond mid with terrible gimmicks like ziplines, teleporters, tight corridors etc. somebody was clearly dropped on the head as a baby multiple times.
About the anti-cheat thing: 1. CSGO's hacker problem is completely fine if you just don't have a low trust factor. I have a super high trust factor because I don't team kill and I'm not toxic and I have only gotten 1 cheater in my entire CS career. 2. Valorant is a newer game so it doesn't have as many cheats developed yet but it is growing.
It's not about how many cheats are developed , amount of valorant cheats flooding the market is huge. First of they sue cheat devs, unless you want to go head to head with Riot at court - you'll shut down your cheat development, second - Vanguard is a good anticheat, it doesn't have so many weaknesses to start with, but then you also need to find a way to bypass it, its not that simple. They also buy cheats that are on the market and insert the signatures in Vanguard , so "this" and many other similiar cheats are detected within the system - so it bans ppl. There is a guy who joins discord servers with cheats and manually bans the whole server. It goes in no comparison to cs go, there are almost to none cheaters in Valorant. It is a really rare to see a cheater, everything you see online - bannable within 12 hours, but the cheats do exist and they cost a fortune, clearly very small amount of ppl can afford that. So your chance to get in a game with a cheater is almost 0. You just don't know what you're talking about when you say "it doesn't have many cheats developed"
have played quite a lot of valorant and since quit - anyone whose saying valorant maps are good is smoking the good shit there's genuinely no comparison between CS and Valorant maps - they have small parts of the maps that are nice but valo maps are generally pretty dogshit
I dunno they got some banger music made in-house. Character design is terrific. Their cinematics destroy their operation trailers. Having sounds for each kill, with each sound strengthening as you lead up to an ace. Those specific sounds changing with the skin of the gun you're using. Basically gassing up the player (I know CS2 yoinked this a little (no sfx), as they should its awesome.)
As someone with ~1500 hrs in each game, I agree with everything except maps. CS blows valorant away in terms of maps so idk what he's smoking
agreed, i started on cs but mostly play valorant but valorants maps are actually some of the worst maps ive ever played in my life
@@saanskii8039 they're sooooo bad it's like if I made a map and just threw some random shit everywhere and the buy phase barrier is so close to sites that the round starts and you're taking duels immediately. On CS there's spots in maps with like slight angles and stuff and it's like you know they did it on purpose. A good example is ramp on nuke, the corner towards trophy room is slanted so you can throw a molly from decently far and the angle lets the molly land at the entry

I think the maps when played "normally" are in fact equally as good, but those little details deffinitely makes the CS maps more appeiling for me personally
most of the time boosting in valo is useless cuz other teams checks those corners cuz of agents who have flying abilities

"play whatever you want but what are you doing playing valorant bro" LMAO
Say what you want about valorant, but without it CS2 would still be in alpha stages of development and it may have never even seen daylight

Though maybe thats just for me and everyone else gets the same level of confunsion with new valorant maps that i get with anubis or something like that.
one game is 3-4 yo and the other 10+.
All maps are ok for me. Ascent for me just feels like a cut above the rest. (not crazy good but definitely better)
The problem of valorant maps more horizontal than vertical. Only split and ancient have elevation that take difference. Then everything is just left and right.
Bro pixel talking about skins in csgo is like watching asmongold talk about transmogs in his competition. I have absolutely no idea what they are saying
Why don’t I face cheaters in cs? I have over 2000 hours and can’t remember the last time I’ve faced a cheater
It's probably because you have prime, without prime you get cheaters every 2-3 games
Forgot one possible variation, you could be suffering from memory issues.

April 1st should be Valorant stream :D You can probably borrow an account with all the skins too :D

viewers of onepixel trying not to mention valorant : Imposible
idk man, valorant feels like you get stunned supressed silenced flashed and exploded every step you take. cs has a similar issue with the flashes but its much worse on valorant, + you need somewhat of a game knowledge to pull good flashes or smokes on cs
Idk man i feel like ur just judging off of that one prx vs eg clip where theres a war going on , i rarely get stunned/flashed
You can't even call CS2 skins well skins they are wraps bruh in valo your vandal can make a black hole as the end kill effect but in CS
You get a tiger on your AK like its not even a challenge for valorant
Ive never played val or cs, but id completely agree, although buying val skins are horrible, the skins are so much higher quality, and you dont have to rely on a random chance for a lucky pattern.
@coolhguy YOU GET IT THE VAL SKINS ARE CHEPER AND BETTER THE ONLY BAD THING IS YOU CANT SELL I WOULD TAKE A BLACK HOLE GUN THATS 30 BUCKS AND NOT A 100 BUCK AK THAT HAS A TIGER ON IT
AND WHY WOULD YOU SELL IT IF YOU LIKE THE SKIN
CS IS GAMBLING
VALORANT IS HAVING FUN WITH A GUN THAT CAN MAKE A BLACK HOLE
i really dont think that skins should be compared as the skins in cs are closer to camos from cod then anything and at the end of the day its preference when we are talking about the skins themselves there are no pros or cons you can say u can sell the skins or that the skins have wear ratings that that doesn't make the skins themselves better

I know this isn't a thing everyone gets obviously, but it sucked not being able to even use my PC because of the way valorant has their AC set up.
a chinaman was data mining your information, after a few days he will be done and your computer performance will come back.
Honestly kinda just sounds like your PC is dying and needs a replacement, or has some kind of malware, don't think its a valorant issue.
bad memory or overwritten disk issue probably. Vangaurd anticheat will cause some overhead.
Whereas in CSGO you have the exact same access to utility as everybody else on your team, and if a particular person is struggling its very easy to adapt to help them out.
i don't play much valorant but i have much more hours in it than cs:go. the first time i played cs:go i encountered countless cheaters because i didn't buy the thing to get me into non-cheater infested lobbies. cs:go's community is also much more toxic from what i've experienced, for example, i lost a clutch on one of my first games played so my team just kicked me. cs:go's movement is also much more floaty which was weird to me because when i stop pressing my key i expect to stop completely like in most other games. while i'm sure that mastery in cs:go movement makes it much more satisfying than valorant, it's simply seen as an impossible hill to climb for most new players, and that applies to many other cs mechanics as well like smoke lineups. valorant is overall a more simple game, so it's much more rewarding for newer players like me who don't want to sink thousands of hours into a game to be confident in your own skill.
thousands, take 500 max
@@waltuh6984 okay true but that's still a very long time
1000h is considered fairly new and your could easily do it in 100 or less if your focused and dedicated
CSGO prime isn’t even that expensive, if u can buy 50 dollar unsellable skins then u can buy prime lol
Buy the account from someone that is
damn this aged poorly, cs2 sucks, val didnt really change much, damn.
I knew, when Valorant came, this might be the competition stagnating CS needs to make them start improving CS, hopefully that's it.
the custom gun sounds are only there for your self

to me, valorant is streamlined so much so that the flavor you get comes from trying out different agent compositions and the like.
@@Rokusu the weapons in cs are wayyyyy more difficult than valorant, that's something

so, only slight problem with his "one cheater" is thats just the only one that got banned mid match, theres a decent possibility that there were other closet cheaters that likely got banned after the match (still a W compared to cs)

I also like that in CS everyone has access to the same utility but like how straightforward and simple utility is to use in Valorant.
if ur gonna play cs ever you should definitely get other friends preferable at least 2 other friends with you, its never a good idea trying new things by yourself, your just asking to get frustrated.
NO WAY he gives both a point for maps. Cs maps Are 20 years old and still played. THATS Quality
In my experience it's the difference in community, Valorant players are a lot more casual
Bro just said what every sane person would say if they knew how bad the Skin Market in CSGO is and how addicted the players are to that shit.
"he looks like travis scott" 💀👺😭
I prefer valorant over CSGO because of the diferent agents and abilities and the maps I just think it is more fun and less repetitive, also Valorant graphics look more appealing to me because CSGO graphics look a bit generic
exactly, vals graphics are cartoonish and cater to those with a mind that prefers that
wait he didnt even talk about satchel movement or dashes etc?

About the anti-cheat thing:
Same. People who get cheaters just have trash trust factor i.e toxic, leavers, throwers,
