Great video Dylan this is great info can't believe they are getting discontinued but it makes sense with them re-popping all these kits. Thanks for sharing.
The Revell Panzer IV has not only been surpassed by Tamiya, but also Dragon, Border, RFM, etc., etc. I built this in the early 1970's. An ancient mold that deserves to be retired.
And it begins again, first they discontinue a few then the hobby crashes for a decade or so. Just remember to never buy kits off Ebay unless it's being sold at a reasonable price, 50 year old plastic is not valuable, it's brittle and still just plastic. Don't get ripped off and be sure to let the Ebay scammers suffer.
I'm actually amazed that the Monogram/Revell Panzer IV stayed around as long as it did being as it is actually 1/32 scale and most tank kits have settled on 1/35 scale. It's not like back in the old days of the wild west like when the was 1/30 scale and 1/40 scale kits, in fact it is said the the older Tamiya kit were more like 1/32 scale instead of the 1/35 scale that was stated on the box, so the 1/32 scale kit were sort of in the middle. It wasn't a bad kit for it's time but is far surpassed now by many newer kits.
Its not that the 81 Z28 is a bad kit its the price i would nor pay more than 20 dollars for it much less 30( looking at you hobby lobby), thanks for the heads up on the 442 have to get it asap
I'm working on the "81 Z28 now. I 3d printed wheels and tires for it as well as arm rest.. The body does need some work to make it decent and the interior and engine compartment is really lacking in detail. I would like to see someone re-tool the '81 Camaro Z28 with a decent kit. I have one of the Olds 442's but may go ahead and get another.
Sad about the 69 chevelle. That kit has the BEST Rally Wheels. The centers are seprate chrime pieces and the wheels themselves are not chrome, and the slots are molded open.
I'm a little late on checking out this video!! The car's they are discontinuing are TURD,S except for maybe the Old's 442... Sry not sry to see them go!!!
The plastic life size 88mm flak shell model is completely gone..... anybody got a plastic printer? I wanted the model, but the supply was too limited a run.
Thanks! Knowing that it'll be TEN YEARS for AMT and Tamiya will do a reissue, and both Revell and Hasegawa are Australian-owned now, it's hard to say if say, another '71-'72 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme convertible or 442 will return...
Thank you for the heads up on the 71 Olds... What a shocker
This is great information to have. It is a little shocking Revell is discontinuing the ‘71 Oldsmobile 442. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing, Dylan. I'm going to have to pick up a few.

Thanks for the heads up will be sure to let my customers know.
Thanks Dylan. First build I ever did was the Ladder Chief, and I bought a beat up one off of eBay when I came back to the hobby.
Thanks for the video! I was wondering how you got your information and you answered my question!
Great information Dylan, thank you..
Great video Dylan. Thanks for the info. Ron

It is 1/32 scale. If anyone made a lowboy trailer it would make for a good museum move scene.
Wow some were surprising they were going away and some aren’t thanks for sharing Dylan
Yeah, surprise me too. Thanks, Jeff!

The Olds kit goes together great! If i had any complaints at all, it would only be that there aren't any options included.
Thanks for the info.
Great video Dylan 👍 The only one im upset about is the 71 Olds. I haven't got that kit yet.
Great video thanks dylan

I got one in hopes of anyone releasing (likely end up fabricating) a lowboy trailer for a museum move.
Awesome i got the 442 at Hobby Lobby early this year 40% off! Unbuilt, so far.
Thank you for the video
Any of the Round 2 kits will probably be back with new decals soon.
Usually within one or two years.
I'm hoping Ollie's will get some of these kits
Yesssssssssssss. We are getting a new Ollie's opening this month.

Got only the decals in hopes they will fit the old Monogram (1/24?) kit with much more detail. A fast times build.
The Ladder Chief is and old out dated truck, most fire departments have newer models.

A bunch of have been on Ollie's shelves months ago...
Id say the Iron Maiden license is expiring on the Spitfire
It was released as an anniversary of the song when it came out.

Lol what? Since when is Revell based on Australia? 😂 Hasegawa is based in Japan. Still. 😅
Thanks for the heads up
