Thanks for posting your excellent video, Chuck. I'm glad Round 2 is producing model kits I remember as a kid and I can't wait to be able to purchase 2 each of the MPC 1968 Dodge Coronet R/T Sedan, the AMT '64 Dodge 330 model kit and the MPC 1971 Dodge Demon too!
@@thatcarguy13 that 64 Chevelle is one for sure I'll be buying, and that demon !!! oh, and that maverick !!!!! ok let me warm up the old spray gun, I have models to buy!
I owned a 68 Short bed Chevy pickup and a 70 Chevelle. Those are must haves along with a couple of the 78 Camaros for a Grumpy Jenkins and Lee Shepard Pro Stock. Very informative video. A new subscriber here.
Saw the Chevelle ,Demon and R/T hardtop at the Detroit show this past Sunday and they look really good. Also, the Mach won Mustang is one interesting kit.
Mpc 1971 Dodge Demon 340, still waiting. A friend who has passed away had a real 71 Demon 340. I want to build one like his and give it to his children. I am now 70 and still building car models.
Just found your channel and I really like it, so I subscribed. My only gripe is that I’m 55 years old and the majority of these kits they re-pop I don’t remember. Don’t remember anybody that had one. I wish they would come out with more cars from my generation. That’s what got me to building Tamiya, Fujimi, and other Japanese brands. Look forward to going back and watching your earlier videos.
i was just going to say why am i not subbed to your channel, but i checked and i am, just dont receive the notifications of your new ones,,,, so i corrected that problem.. Thanks and cheers.
I think I'm most excited about the Holmes wrecker and two you didn't mention the Keeler's Kustoms versions of the Sanitary T and the Scarlet Screamer. I love those old parts pack kits 😎
i would love to do a Yellow grabber, in the 1980's there was an old lady who used to drive one in the town i grew up in, tried to buy it off her so many times, i went back to that town to visit about 15 years ago and it was sitting in a wrecking yard out there. Cheers.
Hey Chuck, do we know each other from one of the boards? I see your using a couple of my pics of my Warlock build, people should know that build is not from the box and is actually based on a LRT reissue. The brush guard, roll bar and extra lights were added by me and the mirrors are from a '90s Ford pickup kit. Can't have people disappointed when they get the actual kit and those things are not in there. LOL
Thanks for the update on where all my hobby funds will be going! Huh, Warlock might have gold wheels, hope the plastic won't be black! Be great if they did the '64 Malibu as a wagon too. Only one not interested is if they do a '65 as the Revell kit seems good enuf. That John Wick Chevelle will be the right color for sure...
Revell kit is a big block, i think they would focus more on the 283 and L-79 327 version of the 65 edition. The Warlock rims are gold as per the pictures i could find. Thanks brother
me too, but ya know look at what many people said about the current release of the 71 Dodge Demon ? And it is my understanding that there will be 2 version of the Mav, a stock version and the drag version, Cheers
@@thatcarguy13 After a multitude of Tri-Five releases over nearly 65 years, no four doors for Police or Taxi modellers. Considering how cheap tooling is now everything is made in China this is a sad state of affairs.
I hope the '64 Chevelle sells well. It holds no interest for me, but I definitely want a stock '65 Chevelle SS, non Z16. Speaking of which, where is Moebius stock '65 Nova SS kit??? Been waiting all year on that release.
they released 3 versions of the chevvy 2 already so maybe they decided to wait for the next version to come out. I am the same as you, not sure if i will buy a chevelle or not but the 65 SS i would get.
Iam probably gonna be the guy that makes sure the 64 chevelle kit sells well lol! I have the wagon and el camino kits and I see restorations in the future with the chevelle kit. Also would love to see mobius release the 65 nova ss kit.
love the 64 chevelle! why not do a full detail chassis. Revell missed the boat by not doing a 64 chevelle as they have the best gm chassis for this era gm's
most builders build basic cars, that is the market they are targeting i thinks,,, but us "modelers" so to speak,, the smaller percentage of builders like more detail and accuracy.
I am excited about the Dyno Don Nicholson 71 Ford Maverick pro stock by mobeius/model king. I am hoping they also release the models of Billy the kid Dodge demon, Bill Bagwell dodge dart and challenger pro stock in the same series. Cross our fingers

I'm a truck guy. I can't wait for these kits. And the comet. I've wanted one for ever
i think alot of have been waiting a lifetime for comet/maverick and Demon...
Thanks for the video Chuck. The drag racing reissues are always a welcome site for me.
i hoping for more :) currently they say future new releases will depend on how well the current releases sell...

I hadn't heard about the late 60's Chevy c10 shortbed. I'll be adding it to the rest of the pick ups to be released
i would guess its a year or so away from hitting production. But a shortbed is worth the wait for me...
hopefully Atlantis will find the old 4 1/25 motorcycle kits(one big mold for all 4 kits)
