What I like about this channel is how you show good parts that are included in various kits AND how to modify or make parts that we need. Years ago I never thought of flaring wheel wells and actually make them nice looking.
Ahhhh Jeeeezzzzz! I had at least 4 of those and let them slip thru my fingers. It just never occured to me what you can do with those! Thanks for sharing!
Oh yeah , that's a great tip . If a man had a resin casting operation he could probably have a market for those parts ? All the parts in that kit are real desirable to me , I love it all , motor , transmission , rear end , mags etc. Great kit !!!
I knew about it and have one in stock but most of the stuff I build is straight axle stuff. However I’m getting ready to put an aftermarket Mustang 2 in my 1:1 38 Chevy coupe. Great video!
I knew about that front end and it is a nice one. I used it years ago on the 66 Nova. I am also building this 37 for the 18th annual 24 hr build off this next year in Jan 24. Thanks for covering this kit.
I have several of the same kits that are purple with flames. It actually has 2 sets of wheels/tires, intake manifold options, interior decals. The 2 & 1 kit also has 2 different front spindles and lowered rear suspension. It's actually a cool kit. The front suspension is a little fragile and can be tricky to assemble. Happy Holidays to you. Thanks for sharing!
That's a great kit on it's own merit (as is the flatback sedan version). I have a pair of them built in my showcase, and a couple of still-sealed ones in my stash. I did the two builds in my usual "traditional" livery, chucking the overheads for resin flatheads (cause' that's how I roll being primarily a F-O-R-D hot rod builder). No surprise, but I never gave that modern front-end assembly a thought! Again, great kit....
You are right, this kit is golden for parts stash. The list for me to name a few 1. The Cragers are near flawless 2. the tilt steering column & wheel 3. the fully independent suspension 4. interior parts There are more. This is an unsung kit. Should be in everybodies stash. The parts are very clean, little to no flash. I think i'm going to jump online and get a couple more while they are still cheap.
Good to know, Luka. I have an AMT 32 Vicky that I want to build a dream street rod out of. I have an AMT 39 Chevy "Wagon Rod" kit that has a Mustang II front suspension, but it's molded as part of the frame. The Ford kit would make it so much easier to do the swap. Thanks!
When the blue one came out I raided that front & put it under the AMT 48 Chevy pickup pretty easily. The truck also got the billet wheels, and engine & trans.
Man. That’s awesome. I just picked one of these up from my local hobby shop for 20 bucks. Now I’m glad. I had no idea it has such cool parts in it. Just seemed for 20 bucks I might as well grab it. This makes it much better. Need to go see if he has another. Lol.
Thanks Luka. I’ve had two of these kits stashed away. I robbed the custom wheels for my first Dodge D💯 and the Cragars on my (Luka Cee inspired) 64 Olds 442 junker. I wasn’t aware of the suspension components, but it may come in for a severely back burner’d project. 🤔 😎👍🏾 (Love the Podcast btw ✌🏽👍🏾)
A GR8 source of parts. Have (had 😆) 4. I need to "Wedge" a couple more into the budget. The instructions for mounting everything (front) is a nightmare & U need to be familiar w/ the set ups. Any Cragars are worth the price of the kit (relative). The headers are GR8 for a small block Mopar 👍👍 Many thanx LC!
I am interested in buying 3 or 4 of the 37 coupes and you keep the Mustang suspension. I only want the body, hood, glass, fenders and the frame with the 37 suspension. You keep everything else. I will pay you for the kits and shipping to South Carolina.
Weird how I never bothered with this kit either, they didn’t tend to appear much in the UK. Don’t think I’ve ever seen one built with posable wheels since that would have got my attention. Quick way to tell that’s a Corvette rear end - the Jaguars have inboard brake discs.
Life changes and sometimes you just can't do as much of something as you use to. As for Dr Cranky. From what I understood. It was time for him to put his time into other things he wanted to do.
I lived in Mint Hill and knew Brent 'Fat Man' fame. Pinto did not have that front....only Mustang II. My real 46 Ford has Mustang II front and drives like a modern car. Never knew that kit had II front thanks
Why did you tell everyone...lol I've been snatching them up for a while just for that front suspension I've used it on a lot of things, wheels ain't bad if you think em down and it has a lot of other parts...

I'm going to keep that in mind an look for a few of them just for parts
Wow!!!! Never realized I have those parts. I got three of these kits that I have never opened. Great treasure, thanks so much.
This is a great tip. Will definable pick them up when I see them for sale at model shows. Thanks for sharing.
i only have the original as a parts kit, now I want another one!....thanks for pointing that out
Oh yeah , that's a great tip . If a man had a resin casting operation he could probably have a market for those parts ? All the parts in that kit are real desirable to me , I love it all , motor , transmission , rear end , mags etc. Great kit !!!
Great video Luka. That front end is awesome. Did not know about it, thanks for the info. Ron
I have the Revell -monogram 37 ford convertible with trailer, awesome kit😊
I knew about it and have one in stock but most of the stuff I build is straight axle stuff. However I’m getting ready to put an aftermarket Mustang 2 in my 1:1 38 Chevy coupe. Great video!
Cool. The AMT 34 Ford Coupe Street rod version has an independent front suspension as well.
Very cool deal to add. To a custom build..thanks
Hello from New England. You have an awesome channel. Keep having fun!
Well now! Never really cared for that kit, now I got a reason to get it. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the tip. I'm going to have to look out for those.
I knew about that front end and it is a nice one. I used it years ago on the 66 Nova. I am also building this 37 for the 18th annual 24 hr build off this next year in Jan 24. Thanks for covering this kit.
Awesome Information and I never knew this but will definitely be Checking out that Kit as I enjoy Modifying my models! Thanks !
Now thats a LC video, full of info.
Nice tip thank you sir
That is so cool, gotta get me one.
Working on this kit right now. So far going together well. I went with a blue exterior.
Those Cragars are awesome!!!! I did know about those

Awesome info!
I did not know about this thanks for the information
I never knew. I thought they all had the I-beam front . Thank you for sharing!
As always you got some good info on a kit thank's Luka . and no i didnt know 🤪
Cool Tip Thank You Luca Cee
This kit has my all-time favorite Cragars. There's lot to pull, but I pick them up when I find them cheap for the wheels alone.
That's a great kit on it's own merit (as is the flatback sedan version). I have a pair of them built in my showcase, and a couple of still-sealed ones in my stash. the crager style wheels are nice too
You are right, this kit is golden for parts stash. The list for me to name a few

Great info, Luka! Thanks for sharing. Yet another model I need. 😊 and hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

Very cool! I didnt know about those parts, didn't know such a kit even exist😂, I thought only monogram had the 37
That independent front end works great in the AMT 94 S-10 / Sonoma kits with a little modification to the S series frame..
When the blue one came out I raided that front & put it under the AMT 48 Chevy pickup pretty easily. The truck also got the billet wheels, and engine & trans.
You always come up with the COOLest stuff
Whats funny is that i buy these kits up for the Hot Rod Drop Axel and not realizing that there's a Mustang II front end. Great vid Luka!

I just learned about it by accident. It’s a great front end.
I wonder if that chassis would fit in a revell 48 ford coupe
I’m a avid modeler what a great kit I’ll look for it
🇺🇸👍- good to know, thank you - I like the steering column detail.
Nope, didn't know that, and I've passed on that kit for dirt bookoos of times 🤦😆
C😎😎 LLL 🏆🏆🏆🏆 Didn't KNOW THAT LC ‼️‼️ Thanks For Sharing Buddy Have a Blessed Wknd 🤗 Gary.
Thanks Luka. I’ve had two of these kits stashed away. I robbed the custom wheels for my first Dodge D💯 and the Cragars on my (Luka Cee inspired) 64 Olds 442 junker.

Great tip. Would you consider resin casting this part? I did know these were in the kit, but never thought about using it as you described.
I have. They are very delicate in resin and hard to cast
Damn there were 3 of these at Andy’s and I didn’t even look at one of them. Oh well. $9.99 is a GREAT price for that kit at Andy’s.
I know. I wish I would have bought at least one more. The prices are back to 19.99.
Weird how I never bothered with this kit either, they didn’t tend to appear much in the UK. Don’t think I’ve ever seen one built with posable wheels since that would have got my attention. Quick way to tell that’s a Corvette rear end - the Jaguars have inboard brake discs.
Hey where have you been? We need more videos from you Brother. Keep'em coming. By the way does anyone know what happened to Dr. Cranky?
Life changes and sometimes you just can't do as much of something as you use to. As for Dr Cranky. From what I understood. It was time for him to put his time into other things he wanted to do.
Thanks.i didnt know
All those times through all those years I turned up my nose at that kit....if only I'd known.
I lived in Mint Hill and knew Brent 'Fat Man' fame. Pinto did not have that front....only Mustang II. My real 46 Ford has Mustang II front and drives like a modern car. Never knew that kit had II front thanks
The 74 and later pintos were built on the Mustang 2 chassis they're built on the exact same platform from 74 and up
First off my name is Dean I'm an avid modeler and love mpc and AMT kits.
Cool..........I did not know this.
...and now you do. 😀
I will like it in a JHenry
I just you can experiment with the other stuff in the kit an there's always the motor parts
Why did you tell everyone...lol I've been snatching them up for a while just for that front suspension I've used it on a lot of things, wheels ain't bad if you think em down and it has a lot of other parts...
I want 3 of that kit for $10 bucks each... 😝
LLAP 🖖
That is some "very" useful information Man! Thank You! Later
Pardon me, while I grab a 33 Willys.
For the extra parts.
amt nascar kits have 2 msd boxes
👍👍👍👍
Never knew but I'm going to be looking now
I'm a Chevyll fan
I have a bunch of them!
I knew they had the two front suspensions. But I DID NOT know it was a add on later and not on the original sedan kit.
I think the price on ebay just sky rocketed
That's me. Wrecking the hobby, again!😆
@TheLukaCeeChannel great now it's bidding @ $125
Lol 😆 🤣 😂
