Hardcore horror open world survival game which throws the player into the middle of the extermination of mankind with the sole purpose of surviving long enough to find a way to bring down the alien machines. Loot buildings, fight off hostile survivors, stay hidden from the machines, and stay alive.

This is easily the most terrifying scenario imaginable. The sound design chilled me to the bone. I lasted ten minutes before I had to tap out. Anxiety high. I would PLAY this in a heartbeat, but watching someone else play stresses me out.
Same. I remember when the Dev’s channel on RUclips was recommended to me awhile back then was recommended again recently and everything I see makes me want it more. Also movies like Alien and War of the Worlds has taught me that if we aren’t alone in the universe assume everything is hostile until proven otherwise
WOTW is practically the only film out there that captures real terror. Something about it fires up those survival instincts we're all programed for. I saw your short as I was killing time, went to your profile and found this video. I really hope this becomes fully developed and you can get the recognition you deserve. I can see pewds and other gamers delving into this. Very well done!

Graphics have significantly improved over the last few months since I first saw this game. Looking forward to how this one improves in the coming months. Could be a great game.
Imagine a map filled withe players, maybe around 200 players over a 10 km map. Survive for 6 days .. 1 hour is day. This game is allready friggin scary. Imagine hearing the sound in the fog and heat rey sapping players and friends in the distance. Tru survival.

If they can keep the sense of foreboding in the game, and those truly terrifying alien machine noises, i'd buy the game without question.... invokes memories of hearing WotW's when i was a kid for the first time.... survival horror... looking promising 😊Keep up the good work Devs!
This is literally all of my childhood fear compiled into a damn game... Cannot wait for this game.
The human models could be improved a bit? Also could do with some more panicking human masses. Tripods look awesome though and the sound is amazing.

Raf does a spectacular job at remaking the scenes from the movie. Especially that rising animation.

esta increible el diseño de los tripodes, y tambien los sonidos son identicos a la pelicula, los efectos a la hora de disparar los rayos laseres del la maquina que al impactar hagan fuego es brutal, si que es verdad que molaria que en los edificios haya destrucciones y del ambiente tambien, que de un toque mas realista, si se hace bien, este juego puede dar un boom espectacular

Most terrifying realistic alien
Interesting. Some of these scenes/gameplay look like they are taken right from the Tom Cruise movie War of the Worlds. Surprised the movie company isn't up in arms for duplicating actual action scenes that look like the movie.
We shall see if this game doesn't get some copyright strikes against the graphics and sounds in the game. Probably this game will not have VR support.

Its not on steam yet. Most "Early access" you can get is the patreon support copy for pre alpha testing which costs 100$

It's a tripod, throw some chains around one legs and drive away and drop it.
The cars don't work and it'd vaporize you before you got close enough to do that.

There should be. But at the moment they are using some sort of default testing avatar. I'm sure they'll add it eventually.
