    I am a severe diabetic. So I am on an extreme low carb diet (Keto). This taste great!!! I can handle the brown sugar. This is treat that I can eat!

    Totally love this recipe! Thank you so much for sharing. Not too familiar cooking thighs but it turned out good even though I exceeded the 165 temp. My thighs were pretty big so ended up unfolding them🤔and cooking the first 2 for 15 mins and the second 2 for 10 mins. Look forward to making this again!

    For thighs you want the temp to get to 180. Let them cook until they get to 175 pull them out to rest and the carryover temp will finish them off. The higher temp dissolves the connective tissue in the thigh and makes it more juicy and tender.

    Do you have a suggestion for sides to serve with this? Also, if I have to do multiple batches, what temperature should I leave the warming oven on?

      I like to serve these with white rice or noodles. 200 degrees Fahrenheit for the warming oven.

    Can this be marinated over night? Or should I cook it and save leftovers?

      Yes, they can be marinated in the refrigerator over night, up to 24 hours. Cooking them and saving the leftovers would be just fine too.

      You can but it will change the flavor

      1 tablespoon olive oil
      1 tablespoon brown sugar
      1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
      1 teaspoon smoked paprika
      1 teaspoon garlic powder
      ½ teaspoon salt
      ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

      For almost all recipes on You Tube, you click on “more” under the video and the recioes will be printed on the right side of your screen. There are some exceptions, but most do this. And for this video, it was printed there. I just take a screen shot of the recipes or you can save them on You Tube.

    Never ever cook fatty meat in air fryers,I did this recipe for the first time in my year old nice clean airfryer,absolute nightmare,the fat that splashed all over the fan and element is now permanently stuck there and stinks disgusting,and you cannot clean it off its impossible,I will never cook any kind of meat in my air fryer again they are just not designed for it no matter what anyone says,take it from me do not cook meat in an airfryer unless it's a reduced fat version which won't leak lots of fat

      What did you do? Whatever it was wasn't supposed to be done. I cook everything in mine and have had no problems whatsoever. Let me guess... "You figured out a way to make the airfryer work better."
