Tips: The wire can go under flooring and conveyor belts. It makes it easier to wire things up. The lamp will lower brightness depending on the length of wire from the generator. Food, equipable off hand items, and skills can increase your defense, offense, and mining capabilities as well as lower cooldowns. Lastly, you can put multiple drills on a single ore node.
Trying not to spoil anything but another couple tips: Check out the stuff you can get from the Hive Mother altar. Also, to attract the 2 NPC's they have to have a "habitable" area. They aren't moving into the room you set up for them since you are trying to use the back of the Hive Mother altar as a wall and that doesn't count as a wall to the game engine.

You can get 1000+ ore per node. its faster if you have 8 drill all connected with a conveyor then you add the arm at the end of the conveyor then its best to just add a smelter after your arm that way when you get there its already smelted.

Also you can use the claw to feed to smelters but you should claw into a chest then to a smelter and then back into a box. Claws can only fill a smelter so much directly and items left on belts seem to disappear after a bit. The projector gives you the 3rd trader dude and you can make a scanner to find the titan, the 3rd Trader also gives you the ability to buy a shiny egg to summon the titan.
You messed up there You want 4 drills, 4 arms, 4 kilns, 4 generators you want to STAGGER the mining drills around the ore vein to maximize the outcome, especially so far out from the core. 1 dril, gen, arm, kil per side

You guys should find the pieces to the rune song sword. It would be so much easier with 2 people. I just got it on my solo game and it took forever! And you guys need to destroy those vases! Edit: watch out putting the puffingi plots inside your base. It spawns enemies there
The Npcs will not come into your base into those rooms because they are not complete rooms ! Those statues probably doesnt count as walls thous they have nowhere to live.

You can do 8 drills for every ore 2 on each side unless there is another ore next to it
i've already found out that ore boulders are not permanent. i dunno if they are respawning, but its certainly not infinite.

Also yall know there's a teleport item you can craft at base right instead of walking back?
Also you can build the NPC a room and put his item in it to have them live at your base.

the drill, arm and conveyors themselves act as wires too so its possible to save some wires with your setup
drills also auto output to the back of them and i believe wires have a similar aspect as redstone in minecraft that the power only travels so far.
