Thank you for sharing this video. I watched it as part of my preparation for my 46th BetterU session. It was helpful to review your comments. I'm so grateful to all of you and for this amazing journey.
46? Wow, I'm on my 5th and I'm hopeful but of course there are a lot of other people in the industry particularly in infusion clinics that poo poo somewhat on in home oral therapy. What's your overall experience been like?
In my opinion and just because it makes perfect sense I wouldn't want to do a super super high dose. I would want to do it slower so that I made sure that I was okay that I am okay. I would rather do it gradually then to chance anything at all it would make me feel more comfortable and I would rather do it gradually then to experience a full-blown trip and go through that alone I'd rather do it at a good piece
I've now done 65 Better U ketamine sessions. I'm 76 years old. I absolutely love at home ketamine therapy. My journey has changed my life in such beautiful ways. And since I learn and grow more each session, I'll probably do them forever.
I'm praying to God I won't get an out-of-body experience because I already suffer with depersonalization and derealization which. make you feel detached from yourself and reality. I think I will stick to a small dose. Hope that's enough to help me break through. My first appointment is coming up on Wednesday and I should receive treatment afterward. I thought treatment was sent while getting ready to consult the therapist so you can start working together around the same time?
Hi! I am currently doing through the IV infusions. I just wanted to hopefully reassure you by letting you know I have done 7 infusions so far and I have never had an out of body experience. Nothing weird has happened and I haven’t seen anything weird either. I just get really relaxed and I feel like I can finally breathe. I would also suggest having an eye mask and some relaxing music ( there are some playlists already on utube that don’t have words. Just try to be as calm and relaxed as you can and just let your brain go through the journey wherever it takes you!
I am currently doing IV infusions but I feel like I am doing something wrong. I do feel really relaxed but I have never been on a “trip” as a see a lot of others experience. Am I just not relaxed enough? Like I don’t see anything weird or go into other “rooms” or anything like that. 🤷♀️
This doesn't make any sense really. If you're going through infusions how could you possibly be doing something wrong? You don't have to do anything at all but have the provider do it for you so I don't understand this doesn't make any sense. Also everybody is different every single human reacts and responds differently and a lot of people don't go through a trip. As a matter of fact it is preferable to not go through a trip. Because sometimes it can be a bad one. Your provider should explain that to you.

Also surprised to hear #46. I hope my body is more responsive than this.
