An ex-sister-in-law had run up about $115,000 in credit card debt. She kept the debt secret from my brother and would get new cards and transferred the debt numerous times. She rented a PO Box so that the statements never came to the house. The only good thing was that except for her last fling of about $6aK, all the debt was in her name alone and the credit card companies couldn’t come after my brother. The best we can figure is that she probably had debt she hid when they were married and then kept building it for the 6 years they were married.

I am wondering how theses two were able to adopt a child so soon after their marriage. Most couples wait for years and come under great scrutiny when adopting through an agency. As far as the paint that applies pink, and dries white, within one hour: that would depend on the moisture, material, humidity, and temperature. It’s possible that if the paint were poured onto a liquid (blood), or mixed with the liquid (water, cleaning chemicals), it could take several hours to dry, possibly even much longer.
Also, if you applied moisture to the Drying paint, it may return to pink, because it’s been remoisturized. Thus, go from white back to pink, if it were not already entirely dry.
Obviously, I have no idea how pouring such paint onto cloth or clothing or wet surfaces, such as a clothed body, and various amounts of blood, would effect the properties of the paint that is supposed to go from pink to white.
But it is not reasonable to estimate the time of estimated “dry time” of one hour as relevant to a bloody body, or wet / moist surface.
Paint that is supposed to turn from pink to white within approximately one hour, and using that presence or absence of pink color as some sort of a measurement of time, is completely obliterated by the fact that it’s poured onto a wet / moist surface, and also a cloth surface, moist with blood, water, cleaning supplies.
The one hour could be utterly irrelevant. In fact, maybe when she returned and saw the paint was still pink she panicked, expecting it should have turned white, dried, but it was still wet?
I can see how the jury is not convinced. The one hour issue itself is obviously error ridden.

Now that this has come up again on CourtTV, I saw a couple clips of Dr. Grande talking about this murder. I live in Springfield, Massachusetts and Granby is only ten minutes from me. I've gone by that house hundreds of times. A good example that women absolutely can, and often are, the perpetrators of intimate partner violence. I feel for the daughter. I hope she's being well-loved and cared for.

Dr. Grande, please analyze the judge who treated these women as bad siblings rather than the situation as a serious domestic violence situation. He had the chance to derail the escalation of emotional toxicity and danger here but instead left them to handle it themselves with the threat of losing their daughter. Imagine if he had dealt with this case properly.

hello, doctor grande could you cover the Susie Zhao case. Susie was my dear friend and she was brutally assaulted and murdered by Jeffery Morris in 2020. he was just sentenced to life in prison. She was a professional poker player, and unbeknownst to all of her friends she was suffering with scitzophrenia for years. Her murderer took advantage of her. Susie's story should be told.

the Judge should be kicked off the Bench. he didn't do his job saying he would file criminal charges against them if he saw them again and that he would take their child thus denying any help they might need. there are no criminal charges for seeking help.

Something that few people realize, is that that lesbian relationships have the highest incidence of domestic violence, compared to all other groups

      @@liv0003 Research says otherwise:
      Lesbian Partner Violence Fact Sheet
      Suzana Rose, Ph.D.
National Violence Against Women Prevention Research Center
University of Missouri at St. Louis
      What is lesbian partner violence?
Partner violence in lesbian (and gay) relationships recently has been identified as an important social problem. Partner or domestic violence among lesbians has been defined as including physical, sexual and psychological abuse, although researchers have most often studied physical violence.
How common is lesbian partner violence?
About 17-45% of lesbians report having been the victim of a least one act of physical violence perpetrated by a lesbian partner (1,5,6,13). Types of physical abuse named by more than 10% of participants in one study included:
Disrupting others eating or sleeping habits
Pushing or shoving, driving recklessly to punish, and slapping, kicking, hitting, or biting (11).
Sexual abuse by a woman partner has been reported by up to 50% of lesbians (12).
Psychological abuse has been reported as occurring at least one time by 24% to 90% of lesbians (1,5,6,11,14).

First of all i haven't read the study and i don't even know how many people participated and how this study was conducted, anyway according to this study it doesn't state AT ALL that lesbian relationships are more violent than heterosexual relationships, this is only a WRONG assumption made up completely by you without any proof . AnnaMarie sounds like a sociopath : manipulative
charming, compelling and without conscience (running up that debt which probably ruined her friend’s as well as Cara’s credit). I’ll bet the mistrials were really caused by jurors who felt like AnnaMarie “needed” killing. Cara may have pushed Anna, but Anna pushed Cara over the edge well before that.
