    I love the way you scrape every bit of food off the utensils. Not many do that. It's otherwise such a huge waste of food

    I love this channel, one of the main things is because they don't play that really irritating music in the background of the videos, and they keep it in real time, not in a really fast video that you cant even understand.

    The Flavor is AMAZING!
    I had never baked anything in my life and tonight I accomplished eclairs @.@

    自分でエクレアやシュークリームの生地作る時、いつも卵の量で失敗しないかドキドキします。一度卵入れすぎて失敗したから😭垂らしてみて固さ見ても、大丈夫か?大丈夫か?って不安になります。。この動画見直して勉強&練習します😆👍👍

    前回別のレシピで作ったらうまく膨らまなかったのですが、ひだまりさんのレシピで作ったらきれいに膨らんでとっても美味しかったです!!絞る量の調節が下手で10個できてしまいましたが焼き時間そのままで大丈夫でした。
    手作りエクレアはまりそうです🤤❤

      The word gift means in german poison. Gift From Heaven - chocolade is so good, but it makes you fat. For me, chocolade thereforce has two sides. A heavenly 😋 and a hellish one.

    I’ve tried so many eclair recipes but even for once my eclairs didnt come out properly. At some ponit i thought ts difficult to make. Today i found ur eclair recipe & gave it a shot. Wow the ressults were amaxing i made the best eclairs today .thank you for sharing

      The thing is, since people tend to get impatient sometimes, for them to make their pastries with the same amount of love and care would make them not want to come back cause it takes long. But I totally agree. They should open a restaurant with their recipes in the menu.

      @@rubyc1035 You're right! But high-end / high quality products need time, dedication, even a higher price. Some people prefer to eat less and wait for a good mean, some want a lot, fast and cheap. There is always enough space for anyone. 😊

      Cooking is not hard, it just requires passion, time and love, i live alone and i always used to buy precook food, but i decided i dont wanna end up whit cancer at 40, so i start cooking, at first simple stuff like pasta, rice, steak, etc etc, now i can cook everything, you just need to put a bit of time and curiosity :)

    I followed the exact recipe and made about 14 éclairs.. But it was not as long as hers...

    ・牛乳 250ml
    ・バニラビーンズ 1/2本
    ・卵黄 3個
    ・きび砂糖 45g
    ・薄力粉 18g
    ・無塩バター 30g
    ■シュー皮
    ・全卵 2個分(常温)
    ・薄力粉 55g
    ・水 85g
    ・塩 2g
    ・無塩バター 45g
    ■トッピング
    ・スイートチョコレート 100g
    ・生クリーム 50g
    ・インスタントコーヒー 2g
    ・ピスタチオ 適量

    You should consider filling them from the top, so the chocolate seals the fill holes.

    I love love love watching this channel! I use it to help wind down at the end of the day and the ASMR is great! I would love to try some of these recipes out... but I am not sure on some of the heat settings...
