I’ve tried so many eclair recipes but even for once my eclairs didnt come out properly. At some ponit i thought ts difficult to make. Today i found ur eclair recipe & gave it a shot. Wow the ressults were amaxing i made the best eclairs today .thank you for sharing

Cooking is not hard, it just requires passion, time and love, i live alone and i always used to buy precook food, but i decided i dont wanna end up whit cancer at 40, so i start cooking, at first simple stuff like pasta, rice, steak, etc etc, now i can cook everything, you just need to put a bit of time and curiosity :)

自分でエクレアやシュークリームの生地作る時、いつも卵の量で失敗しないかドキドキします。一度卵入れすぎて失敗したから😭垂らしてみて固さ見ても、大丈夫か?大丈夫か?って不安になります。。この動画見直して勉強&練習します😆👍👍
前回別のレシピで作ったらうまく膨らまなかったのですが、ひだまりさんのレシピで作ったらきれいに膨らんでとっても美味しかったです!!絞る量の調節が下手で10個できてしまいましたが焼き時間そのままで大丈夫でした。
