Good job. Here’s a tip. Vanilla is an expensive ingredient. I separate the seeds by mixing it in to the sugar instead of the cream. The stem still goes in to the pot and cooks adding flavor. If you bind vanilla to the sugar the seeds won’t get stuck in the pot. Resulting in more flavor full eclairs. 💟

This is a wonderful recipe and they were fairly easy to make. It took me about 2 and a half hours to make and hopefully I will get faster the more I make them. ・卵黄 3個
・砂糖 45g
・薄力粉 18g
■シュー皮
・全卵 2個分(常温)
・薄力粉 55g
・水 85g
・塩 2g
・無塩バター 50g
180℃に予熱したオーブンで45分~50分焼く
■チョコレートクリーム
・クーベルチュールスイートチョコ 60g
・砂糖 9g
・生クリーム 100g
■仕上げ
・ピスタチオ 適量
