Good job. Here’s a tip. Vanilla is an expensive ingredient. I separate the seeds by mixing it in to the sugar instead of the cream. The stem still goes in to the pot and cooks adding flavor. If you bind vanilla to the sugar the seeds won’t get stuck in the pot. Resulting in more flavor full eclairs. 💟

180℃に予熱したオーブンで45分~50分焼く
